He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge. The owner, Alex, came out very quickly to our house to give us an estimate. He came in at less than a third of the other company and proposed pretty much the same work to be done. From start to finish, Alex was wonderful to deal with - highly responsive, explained things fully, and got us on his schedule even sooner than he promised. Work was done and cleaned up in less than a day. Alex arrived with his employee to get them situated and was back later in the day to make sure we were pleased with the job and that the debris had been cleared out. We were very pleased with the quality of work, and Alex and his team are lovely people to boot. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
