Twice they were not paying attention to the dogs and my dog got attacked, and they said they did not see it, and they need to get more cameras. The Emergency Vet bill was $1400. They promised they'd check on him. So I gave Dream Dogs daycare a second chance. And it happened again. They weren't paying attention to the dogs and my dog got attacked again. Never told me both times and denied it the second time saying they checked the cameras. Another Emergency Vet bill for $800 dollars. And instead of taking out the attacking dog, they told me not to come back. read more

I had happily boarded my dog at Dream Dogs several times before, so I was shocked when, after requiring a paid three-day "induction" just two weeks before my three-week international trip, they informed me they would not honor my boarding reservation. I was left scrambling to find alternative care at the last minute. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund of my prepaid deposit, I was initially told they had no record of it. I had to provide my American Express statements to prove the payment. The deposit was eventually refunded, but the $180 induction fee was not. I absolutely understand that boarding facilities must make difficult decisions about which dogs they can safely accept. My disappointment is not with the decision itself, but with the timing and the way it was handled. If there was any possibility my dog would not be accepted, I believe that should have been determined long before I was relying on them for an international trip, especially after several successful past boardings. Instead, when I went to pick him up after the last day of induction, I was calmly told that my reservation two weeks hence would not be honored. It breaks my heart to write this review because they're great with dogs. This experience, however, was unacceptable. If you're relying on a boarding reservation for upcoming travel, I would confirm well in advance that your reservation is still secure. read more

Very nice people but our dog is still a ballistic missile with destructive mind of her own tendencies. 2 weeks , and a lot of money for treat training. Not what we expected or needed. Seems like a better place for day care. read more

I am an educator myself, so I know good teaching having been a K-12 School Superintendent and College of Education Dean. I have taken multiple Dream Dog classes in various training categories and have found the classes well planned and executed professionally. Their lesson plans are good, the environment safe, the instructors well prepared with excellent communication skills. The classes were well worth my time and money. I have always felt safe for myself and my dog. I also come well prepared to be responsible for my dog and have chosen to drop out when my dog was not ready a class. read more

We paid 850 dollars and our dog only knew one thing. Go to. Not very happy. No follow up - no nothing

We love Dream Dogs and so do our dogs. We use them all the time for boarding and training

Great training! Trainers are very knowledgeable and patient. We repeated behaviors until dog understood.

I love taking classes at Dream Dogs. The trainer is a seasoned pro and it shows. The environment there is great for dogs. Both the barn which provides indoor training year round, and the outdoor areas. I took my dog there for puppy socialization, basic obedience and agility. She and I loved it all. I recommend Dream Dogs to everyone with dogs read more

Lori and all the trainers are gentle and patient. My Malinois LOVES going to classes

I attended the intermediate obedience class with my 7 month old puppy this past spring. There was a handful of other dogs in the class making our training effective, and yes, fun. I highly recommend Dream Dogs. read more

Love Dream Dogs, I used a few other trainers on my 8 month old standard poodle, with no luck. The team at Dream Dogs is great, place is spotless and my dog loves going there. She is still learning, but she is so happy there. When I arrive she runs to the trainer and doesn't even look back at me. read more

Dream Dogs helped us get our Lab under control. We learned a few simple commands and practiced them at home. Very helpful.

Our family has been a Dream Dogs client for 8 years. Our two dogs went through puppy socialization, and several levels of obedience training, followed by training in recreational activities such as agility and barn hunt scent training. We have wonderful K9 companions now thanks to the skills we and our dogs learned. Our dogs love going once a week to doggie day care to socialize with other dogs while we have housekeepers in and errands to run. We travel a lot with our dogs and on the occasions the dogs cannot be accommodated at our destination, they get an excellent boarding experience with Dream Dogs. If you and your dog want training or you need good daytime day care or boarding, you could not go wrong with Dream Dogs read more

My two pups enjoyed their stay at Dream Dogs. They take good care of the both of them . i had occasion to take my pets to San Diego and had to board them them a couple of days. I was surprised to read some of the paperwork they had you sign. I am planning to attend some classes or possibly have Dream Dogs do the training for me. Also a local vetinarian mentioned Dream Dogs and thought highly of them read more

I shared my review of Dream Dogs on Nextdoor and out of 26 reviews only one person commented that they "did not have a problem" Others commented about the unsanitary conditions, 2 dogs that developed Parvo ( a potentially fatal disease) and ineffective/questionable training tactics. I regret taking my pup there read more

We starting bringing our Aussie Shepherd to Dream Dogs in October 2022 for puppy classes when he was 5 mos. old. He had no training previously and we were so happy with Lori and her crew at Dream Dogs as they knew just what to do with an "older" puppy. As part of the Saturday class he got "puppy play-time" at the end of every class and on Fridays. He loved it so much that now he goes to doggie daycare 2-3 times every week. We also board him and have complete comfort knowing that Lori and her family take such good care of him. Here's something else to know-- Dream Dogs is located on Lori's large property with separate fenced areas of her menagerie of animals and a separate Agility training course. It's always fun to drop off and pick up our dog and see all the activity. read more

Our golden retriever Honey was a rescue from a breeder that mistreated her, so Lori was a savior when it came to training her and making her the terrific dog that she is today. Dream Dogs has a wonderful staff of caring individuals, and great programs for dogs at every level of their development - from puppies to more senior dogs. Honey particularly enjoys the doggie day care program where she can romp around with the other dogs and have a good time. Our next adventure is teaching her to swim, which was a favorite activity of our previous Golden's. And Lori has programs like that which are very helpful. They're the best! We had rescued "Mikey" during the Hillary Storm in August of 2023. After checking for a chip and driving to every vet and rescue throughout the Coachella Valley + posting a photo and information re his rescue, it was clear to us we had a new baby. And what a baby he is. We enrolled him at Dream Dogs for 'reactionary rover' classes. Dream Dogs did a great job of training us as well as Mikey. Highly recommend Dream Dogs for your training needs. read more

Five years ago we brought Robby (mix breed) as a puppy for Basic Obedience. He loved the class and learned everything enthusiastically. We continued on with Intermediate Obedience, Barn Hunt, Scent Training and finally the AKC Canine Good Citizen class. He is known in the neighborhood for his good behavior because of this. If he is off-leash he always returns to me when called. Lori and her team have trained both Robby and me very well! read more

Lori and her crew are terrific... the care and attention they pay to our GSD during his early training paid dividend and the subsequent boarding was also handled with great care. We enrolled our puppy in the beginner class at Dream Dogs about 4 years ago in her first year with us. it was fun. it was informative. it socialized our dog completely. And Lori who owns Dream Dogs gained a fan girl for life...me. Lori is an authority on dogs. She is kind, but no nonsense. She's nice to us people, but she's there for the dogs. it's a love affair with her & the pups. Even now--five years later--I'll turn to my husband and say "WWLD" (What would Lori do?) Take your dogs to Dream Dogs! It's like Hogwarts for pups! Love you, Lori! read more

I was heartbroken by my experience with Dream Dogs Doggie Day Care. While the facility has many glowing reviews, my own experience was devastating. My beloved puppy, who had medical issues, was fatally injured while under their care. He had to receive stitches in his mouth, and on his face, and had a large hematoma on his neck. Despite agreeing to take him in, it became clear that they could not ensure his safety. No one called and asked how he was or showed any concern after the attack either. When I conveyed that he had to undergo surgery to close up his wounds and died, all I got was a text saying "we are sorry for your loss" and nothing more. I spent over $2,000 for training, not to mention $2,700 in vet bills and $400 in cremation costs. My 7-month-old Labrador puppy Bocelli was way too young and deserved better. ( i will spare you the pics of him after his attack or the vet reports) The lack of emotion and compassion shows that this facility is just a business, not a dog lover. I would have thought this facility would have had much more compassion and class at such a tragedy. RIP my sweet baby, I am sorry read more
