The ladies in front are always friendly, funny and very good in checking me in right away. I needed new dentures because my last ones were falling a part. But, before we could getting going on new ones I needed a molar pulled and I was scared. I suffer from anxieties. The day came Dr. Caven along with her assistant, Bridgette made me feel relaxed and we're very gentle with me. However, under the new management, we were informed that this arrangement was no longer honored. Instead, we were told a new mold would be required, and a replacement bite guard would cost over $600. When we followed up with the staff, their response was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the prior agreement, they insisted that we should opt for the more expensive option due to potential changes in her teeth. The interaction felt more like a sales pitch than genuine patient care. Beyond pricing changes, the overall atmosphere of the office has also shifted. Visiting Dr. Thomas was always a pleasant experience--his staff maintained a warm, welcoming environment. Unfortunately, that positivity seems to have faded, and the personal, supportive interactions that once defined White Lake Dental are now missing.
