I has a root canal done on February 25, 2025. It was quick and he kept telling me how easy this root canal was going and how he wishes they were all like this. The tooth didn't feel any better for the first few days, it was still sensitive to cold drinks. I read this is normal. Then the pain subsided firca few days. But now here I am 12 days later in tremendous pain. The tooth above the tooth he worked on, tooth 19, is throbbing. Of course it's on a Sunday night and I can't get in touch with anyone until tomorrow morning at 10. read more

As soon as I walked in through the door I felt super comfortable thanks to the sweetest people at front desk, I think their names were Chelsea and Nicole. When immediate dentures take over 3 months to deliver and come in as bucked teeth the first time and extra long on the second rebuilding... well, their advertising of "in house" work is not really true... and Laura blamed "The lab" for everything that went wrong. She did not take any responsibility for the wax molds being so off that DD had to start all over again with the dentures. Laura promised gift cards, etc... I just wanted teeth, and I never received the promised gift cards anyway. All I received was "I don't know what happened at the lab..." excuses for the last 6 weeks. I went most of this past summer with no teeth thanks to Devoted Dental and their "Labs" incompetence. They had great personalities until I had a heart attack two months into the dental work due to the stress I experienced while waiting for another disappointment after another from Laura's unfulfilled promises. I had already planned on NOT returning after receiving the final dentures. Dr. Mezy said it wasn't Lauras fault. Well, when she is the "denturist" and both sets of dentures came back, not fitting correctly and the second pair was not the colors we had chosen and longer teeth than the first set... there is definately some miscommunication and/or incompetence that was on Laura's part. Dr. Mezy said "I love you, and I love my staff... yet I will not see you after you sign off on receiving your dentures because you abused Laura." Fine. I wasn't planning on returning after receiving properly fitting dentures. And if Laura felt abused because I said I was done with the traumatizing experiences happening to me at Devoted Dental...and she needed to take responsibility for the problems as she built the denture molds that went to the lab. She could imagine the trauma of abuse I felt from her incompetence and empty promises. When I told her about my heaet attack...she changed the subject to her sons father having a heart attack... wow. After such poor service, incompetency and the lack of empathy from the "denturist" Laura, and the fact that Dr. Mezy said "...any surgery could have caused a heart attack from a bloodclot..." reference to my heart attack. (I was only receiving dental work, not any other surgery.) I knew I would never be back at Devoted Dental. The staff are nice until there were complications and incompetence on Laura's part is unacceptable in any healthcare setting... Then the Dr. will ask you not to return. Which is fine. Not only will I not return... I will not recommend full dentures from Devoted Dental. read more

I went here after looking into dentures and this office said it offers "immediate dentures". I did not want to walk around with no teeth for months. The consult was good. Seemed the whole office came in the room and each had something to say. While EVERYONE at this office is exceptional in customer service I was not happy with the end result. You walk in every time you go here and sign a screen with no idea what it is you are signing. No screen nor print out to read anything. That is not good... I decided to do the "immediate dentures" and a 3D picture of my mouth was done. I thought wow, this technology has to give a great outcome as far as fit. I went in and had teeth pulled. Dentist and other person talked to theirselves as I was getting teeth extracted. They were done pretty quick the dentures were put in my mouth and out the door I was lead with blood streaming down my face. I was told not to take out for 24 hours. When I did take them out not one piece of gauze was between dentures and bleeding gums........ I went back a couple times to get "softline" adjustments which I had no idea what that actually meant. I was only told "they could do "softline" adjustments and had to send out to do "hardline" adjustments, again, I had no idea what these adjustments intailed. First adjustment was right side hitting bottom teeth while left side did not. Could not bite into anything at all. Supposedly adjusted. Went back a second time because left side dug into the top of my gum line and had it shaved down. The "immediate dentures" fall out of my mouth and have no idea who's mouth they were made for. the left side is so wide and has 4 molar teeth right side has 3. Left side is so wide again not sure whos mouth was scanned for these. She also did a " softline" adjustment with some goop stuck in the dentures to help the fit and was told I could just buy this stuff on Amazon and do it myself. Well ok that threw me for a loop. By the time I got home 30 minutes away, the goop was stuck to the top of my mouth and teeth falling out....I will not go back and am so sorry I went here. Oh yeah, I also went to have a deep cleaning of my bottom teeth. She never touched my back molars. I thought if odd so I went to my dentist who cleaned my teeth prior and they said they did not look cleaned at all and I spent hour in their chair getting the deep clean I should of had here..... read more

Dr. Mezy and his staff are amazing! I had severe pain in my wisdom tooth, Dr. Mezy took me in immediately and confirmed I had an infection and he had to remove my tooth. He removed the infection and removed the tooth very smoothly and made sure I was comfortable and pain free the entire time. As scared and anxious as I was, Dr. Mezy and his staff we're so comforting and gentle during the entire procedure. Soon after, I brought my family in for check up, cleaning, and treatment. I drove an hour and a half away from home and was referred by my dentist for a root canal and extraction. The dentist said I did not need a root canal and barely numbed my mouth before putting in a big filling telling me that I need a crown. The extracted tooth is still very sensitive and both teeth that have fillings are hurting more than before I had them done. I am going to my own dentist today to see what can be done. Also drilled into my lip leaving a healing sore and as a diabetic I already have issues with healing. Waited for dentist to finish with other patients and she went back and forth. Would not go here again or recommend to anyone who has sensitive teeth or other health issues. read more
