This is a woman owned business who has a an all woman staff. The staff were nice nice & knowledgeable and also walked around and asked us if we'd like a drink they had alcohol on board as well as coffee, water and soda and/ or a snack The captain was also our tour guide giving us some history on the boat and the Erie Canal. We will be back again next year. I do recommend this to anyone who is into the fall season, it's something different to do.

NO was the answer when I asked. This in no way would make one bit of difference to the owner. She is not real warm and fuzzy anyway. I now can dangle my feet off my slip all of 2018. How bout that for customer service. In all fairness they could at least upgrade the docks. I know my $1048 is a good start!!

His main priority is getting you hooked onto fish and making the experience as enjoyable as possible. We caught a good variety of fish on our trip including big King Salmon (biggest of the day was 18-20 lbs), Brown Trout, and a big Lake Trout (around 20 lbs or so). We were also lucky enough to catch a beautiful small Atlantic Salmon that we safely released. Highlight of the trip was the big king salmon and lake trout that that gave a good 30-45 minute fight that really tested our physical limits. There were several instances where we were doubled/tripled up, and we had a blast. Highly recommend, we will certainly be returning in the future.

No directions on taking them out before we went in, either. Pulled up all the equipment, found out the boards were the way they were because only 1 had a rudder- the rest were broken! Then I double checked my life jacket pocket and found a used mask. So clearly...sanitizing isn't a priority. Overall- no guidance, broken equipment, and unsanitary practices. Paid full price. I even asked the kid at the desk about the boards and he was like "yeah they break off so we ordered some more"- I was trying to explain how that would have been helpful to know because it was so challenging for the kids to maneuver. Then I realized I sounded like a Karen, said good day and I just won't be back.

I've used them for years to maintain and store my 30 foot express cruiser. They have both a boat ramp and a travel lift that can lift boats far larger than mine. They have many boat slips. I highly recommend them: they really know boats (of all different kinds), the staff is highly experienced and hard-working, they've been here forever (this is a multi-generational family business) and they have been very kind to me. I would recommend them.
