The environment was deeply abusive and inappropriate, there were patients with severe dementia on the hall coming into other patient rooms, and there was no actual care. The staff were highly undertrained and unprofessional. The art rooms and gym and all of the facility were not used. We were marched single file to the dining area where the food given was not fit for human consumption. It was very akin to a concentration camp or prison. Staff laughed at people in distress and did not provide them medications. I am deeply shocked after hearing all the positive news about this center. Please bring anyone in need to a better facility. I will be filing formal complaints with the state and county.
