I had a general idea what I wanted, so she helped me to fine tune the selections. She seemed to know when to listen and when to offer guidance in a way that was confident yet gentle. Kelly left me with a written quotation which I found acceptable, so I immediately made a deposit and placed the order. The shades came sooner than expected and were installed less than 4 weeks after they were ordered. The installers clearly knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly. My order included motorized shades which the installers programmed then explained how to work the remote and how often I would need to recharge the batteries. In summary, the process went very smoothly from start to finish, and I'm very pleased with the results. I give Budget Blinds of Santa Rosa my highest recommendation.

Then, Kelly had to cancel again due to her kids being sick, which I also understood, so we rescheduled for a third time. This time, my appointment was set for 2:30 pm. At 2:30, no one showed up. I called the office, only to be told by the receptionist that Kelly didn't even have me on her schedule for 2:30 pm that day. No explanation, no apology--just a complete waste of my time. After multiple cancellations and poor communication, I've had enough. If you're looking for reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere. Terrible experience all around.

I was going to because other companies told me it would look better since I am changing my honeycomb in living room to faux wood blinds. But Jennifer said it's a different room and should be fine. I love how she's the owner but didn't try to push us to spend more money. I am planning to change those honeycombs to faux wood blinds next year and will definitely use their company again! I knew that I wanted to spend as little as possible and she didn't try to pressure me into buying something more expensive. Surprisingly, our meeting took almost the entire time. After I had decided what I wanted, she came up with the quote on her laptop. She told me how much and emailed me the quote. (Their quote was cheaper than the other quotes I got.) Once I signed the quote and submitted a 75% deposit, they ordered the blinds. They told me that it would take several weeks to get the blinds after being ordered. Once the blinds arrived, they set up an installation appointment. James (installer) arrived within the designated appointment window and went to work. He was very efficient and professional. He even gave me some hints about the use and cleaning of the blinds. I was very happy that I used this company. I would use them again.
