When our BMW displayed a message in the dashboard saying…read more"Drivetrain Malfunction" as we were entering Fountain Green on our way to a weekend trip to Escalante, we decided to stop at Beck's Auto Service to have the car checked. Mr. Beck immediately made time to connect the OBD tool to read out the error codes, identified the problem (misfiring on two cylinders), found the reason (spark plugs and two ignition coils wasted) and was able to order the parts and fix the problem - all within less than 4 hours. Read that again: Four hours!! On top of that, while we were waiting, Mr. Beck Senior even treated us to some delicious home-made cookies. I called the tow shop up and they pick me & my 24" car trailer up with-in 30 minutes. I live almost 1,200 miles away in Springfield Nebraska. So I had to leave my truck with them to have a transmission put into it. They got the job done in less then a week. I rented a U-Haul van to pull my trailer back home with the wife at my side. I drove back down to get my truck with a friend by using a Enterprise one way rental car. My truck ran fantastic all the way back home the 1,200 miles. I even think it got better fuel mileage on the way back. So today I ordered them Pizza for lunch, I hope they like Domino's Pizza because Lotsa Motsa wasn't open. I can't say enough for they're service and attention to my concerns. Kind Regards Steve & Patricia Grant
