I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.

Unfortunately, what was delivered was a far cry from that description. Instead of a textured and bohemian arrangement, the flowers looked like something I could have picked up at a grocery store. The arrangement was generic rather than thoughtfully designed. I wasn't expecting an exact replica of the original, but I did expect something that reflected the style that was advertised. To their credit, the flowers were delivered on time as promised, so some stars for that. If you're ordering based on the photos and descriptions, the flowers may not meet your expectations.

The driver left the flowers in an incorrect location and my friend couldn't find her $100 small flower bouquet an hour after the schedule delivery time. I messaged them to ask what they could do since the flowers were lost and they blamed everything in me for not giving them proper delivery information. I gave them an address and an apartment number and since their delivery driver couldn't figure it out, it's my fault. No refund no free remake of the bouquet just got attitude and blamed me for their problem. The bouquet looked beautiful from the photo but def don't ask them to deliver.
