I messaged them to ask what they could do since the flowers were lost and they blamed everything in me for not giving them proper delivery information. I gave them an address and an apartment number and since their delivery driver couldn't figure it out, it's my fault. No refund no free remake of the bouquet just got attitude and blamed me for their problem. The bouquet looked beautiful from the photo but def don't ask them to deliver.

I called Utah Roses and simply told them what was going on and said I wanted a replacement bouquet sent. I was so happy to be told yes, no questions asked. Needless to say 40 roses - each cut to generate a staggered arrangement with extra greenery and some golden foliage - is a lot to handle in a bunch, but the young lady there who processed my order did a very nice job putting all in a bunch with all of the extra trimmings and 'flower food' packets to use once I got home. In fact there we so many roses and extra trimmings that my wife and I had to split the bouquet into two Waterford vases as they were just so bulky. That, and cut down the length to something manageable. The end result was quite stunning as all the shades of pink were quite beautiful. The roses lasted a little more than a week, so that wasn't a long life here at the house, but they were beautiful while they lasted. I talked to the delivery driver through my doorbell's intercom and asked him to leave the flowers on the porch, which he did.
