To be clear, I sent that text message as an apology for the way I acted, and the way I spoke to Sonny. Despite the numerous lengthy delays (promised 3 weeks and this review was left after week 7), I felt it necessary to apologize for my behaviour because nobody deserves to be spoken to that way. I was not trying to excuse my behaviour but rather explain why I escalated the way I did. The contract was cancelled and I had no reason to apologize other than because I won't accept that type of conduct from myself.
Shame on this company for posting a screenshot of a private text message exchange between myself and the lead contractor as a means of trying to discredit my original review. That shows a complete lack of accountability.
Further, you say you take pride in communication skills but yet leave out the part of the message where Sonny acknowledges he did not communicate well.
I won't post screenshots of a private conversation because I won't stoop down to your level. The fact it took you over a year to even notice this review existed is laughable.

My original review regarding the work completed and the conduct of their lead contractor is accurate. Their response to my original review and posting a screenshot of a private conversation should convince perspective clients that these people have no respect for their clients. read more
