After many many calls for help to fix the leaks, Feeney's solution is that I should pay them to replace the 40 year shingles they installed 10 years ago. Feeney's price was the highest of three quotes I got for fixing Feeney's poor workmanship. All of these photos were taken over just a 12' x 10' section of my leaking roof. 2 HOLES, 2 spots with loose lifting shingles, 6 Low Nails, and wrong shingle layer overlap (seams too close) !! Every person, every work crew, and every company makes mistakes sometimes. What separates a good person, crew, and company from a bad one is whether they acknowledge their mistakes and make things right. Feeney doesn't. The 1 star is because Yelp wont allow a zero star rating.

I went with the awning ones, which were not much more than slider, and still less than what I expected. I will definitely use them again when it's time to replace the downstairs windows!
