I cannot say enough good things about this company! First off, highly highly recommend. I booked a…read morebounce house with them for my boys birthday party this weekend. The booking process is amazing. You book online, they call to confirm and answer any and all question you have. They are so thorough and nice. The owner, I can't remember his name, but he is so friendly and attentive to what the customer is looking for. Once booked they don't require payment until the night before(credit card) or day of (cash/check) so that in the chance there is bad weather on the day of the event, there's no issues with needing to be refunded. That's a HUGE plus for me since they called for rain earlier in the week but luckily the weather prediction changed. They arrived around 8ish am for setup, which was quick. They found the best place to put the bounce house and went over the simple instructions and do's & don'ts. I also reserved the sno-COne machine which was super simple to operate. They supplied all the things for the machine minus the ice of course. I signed a few papers stating they went over everything and I sent my kids in. The bounce house(sports house with slide) was so clean as was the sno-cone machine. And it was the highlight of the party, I couldn't get the kids out of it! My husband and I even went in it after all the kids were asleep, I felt like a kid again!! So thankfully they let us keep it until the morning after the party. Pick up was easy, it was (I think) the owner and 2 workers. They worked so quick and had everything done within a few minutes. I honestly cannot wait to work with them again. We want to get another bounce house for a random party later this summer! 10/10 would recommend. I've already told every parent at the party that asked where we got it.

I was looking to rent an inflatable bounce house with a slide combo. I booked everything online…read more The site allowed me to pick my date and time and gave me confirmation. I rented their generator as well as we are doing my son's 4th birthday part IN A PARK, and their description on Generator states if renting in a park or location that is not close to an electrical outlet. I got an EMAIL rather than a phone call to make it more personal, stating they are NOT renting anymore for the weekend I am requesting and they do not deliver and rent out for parks. UHM WHAT. That is why you are renting out generators to operate the inflatable. I called and left a voicemail for more clarification - they have not called back. If you are not renting out anymore of the weekend I am needing, do not allow that date as an option. I thought their services were going to be awesome and their pricing is reasonable and that is why I decided to rent with them just for them to send me an EMAIL stating they can not service my party. UNPROFESSIONAL

So the other night my wife and i had to register my daughter's new car. We arrived late, about 10 minutes before they closed, so I kind of expected them to blow us off. Nope, they are started the transaction immediately. After we found out that we did not have our insurance card, again I expected to them to stop and ask us to come back another day. Nope, that asked us to call the Insurance company and get a copy faxed over. All in all, they stayed 10 minutes past closing and just rolled with the punches. Lynn's Complete Notary is now my place to tell everyone to go to to get theirs cars registered and any document that they needs notarized.

My fiancé and I got engaged last January and immediately delved into the daunting task of wedding…read moreplanning. Bringing on Stephanie and Spring Garden Events was the BEST thing we have ever done. She rescued us from our planning h*ll. She worked with the coordinator at the venue and all of our vendors to make sure everything was booked and taken care of well in advance. She is incredibly timely and organized. Also, her creativity and ideas are amazing. She is a walking pinterest board. I'm so not creative, so I'm super grateful for all the decorative touches she has come up with (both small and large). It was truly a huge relief to have her on our team. She took care of everything so we can actually enjoy being engaged. I went from stressing over my wedding day to just being able to be excited. I get to be a guest at my wedding stress-free! I would 1000% percent recommend bringing her on to plan your wedding. Do yourself a favor, you WILL NOT regret it.

WOW - where do I even start with Stephanie? My summer 2020 birthday trip to New Orleans was (for…read moreobvious reasons) cancelled, and my husband reached out to Spring Garden Events to arrange a surprise outdoor New Orleans themed party with our closest friends. Stephanie paid attention to every small detail that she was told and delivered an EXTRAORDINARY event, featuring a menu themed from my favorite New Orleans restaurants and drinks, a music playlist from a favorite New Orleans bar, an outdoor movie screening, and even a surprise second line appearance from our local brass band. I was completely blown away by the entire night - the creativity, beauty, and ability to spotlight my favorite things was unbelievably special. I absolutely recommend Stephanie and the vendors she works with through Spring Garden Events - I can't wait to have their help with additional events!
