I called Shank door earlier this year simply because they installed the original garage door in my…read morehouse. I had two panels that were hit. Our first contact was with the very pleasant receptionist, and every time we called. We appreciate her! Next Terri, is also very pleasant and who made our experience fun. Thank you Terri for explaining all the different choices, the purchase process, warranty and also helping us based on our needs. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness and your patience throughout the process. It was a pleasure working you!!! Today our door was installed and again we are very pleased with our technician as well. Josh is a polite, personable, kind young man. He did an excellent job with the installation. It's easy to recognize he pays attention to details. When finished he went over how the door operates and the safety mechanisms. He also cleaned up all the trash from that wooden door. He even wiped down the new door, leaving a job well done. Thank you Josh, it was a pleasure meeting you as well!!! We couldn't be happier, our door looks wonderful and is a very nice upgrade!!! Thank you all so much!!! Sincerely, Terry & Vicki
