Gabby exceeded every expectation. My personal dream has always been to take care of my parents in retirement the way they cared for me to make sure they always have a roof over their heads and can enjoy the years they worked so hard for. To make that dream possible, my husband and I needed to sell our home, while my parents also needed to sell theirs, so we could purchase one home large enough for our entire family. Adding another layer to the situation, my mom is also caring for my grandparents, who are in their 90s. She pours so much love into caring for them, so finding a home that could comfortably accommodate everyone, while still giving each person their own space, was incredibly important to us. Gabby understood that this wasn't just a real estate transaction. There were multiple homes to sell, several generations of our family to consider, and a lot that had to happen in the right order. She created an organized sales and purchasing strategy that helped everything come together without putting anyone in a difficult position. What impressed us most was how well Gabby protected and advocated for us. We initially found a home we were willing to take on despite several major issues. When it became clear that the seller was unwilling to negotiate a price that made sense considering those problems, Gabby helped us navigate backing out of the transaction while protecting our deposit. She made sure we understood our options and never pressured us into accepting a deal that wasn't right for our family. And somehow, less than a week later, we found the perfect home! Throughout the entire process, Gabby's communication was excellent. She kept us informed, explained what was happening, helped us navigate challenges, and even assisted us in obtaining credits along the way. Her experience, organization, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients made an incredibly complicated process feel manageable. Today, our family has the home we dreamed about--a place where we can care for one another, stay together, and still have the space everyone needs. If you're looking for a realtor who knows how to handle complicated transactions, advocates for her clients, communicates consistently, and truly cares about getting you to the right outcome, not just closing a deal, I highly recommend Gabby. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family.

I don't even know where to begin. I called Katie in a complete panic. We had got a 60 day notice…read morebecause owners of our previous home were selling. That week i was searching high n low for homes in places i didn't even want to go and rent was outrageous. I said screw it and found a lender and got a pre approval AND found a realtor all that week this realtor didn't ask me a thing about my family or showed any concern for me or my levels of stress. I was in tears, not only frustration but lack of knowledge and fear of following through with BUYING our first home. My husband and I decided to look for a non referral from friends and look through here ourselves(YELP). I wanted someone who was a hustler like me and someone to take some of the load of stress off my shoulders This is how I found Katie. I immediately called her and what a ray of light I got. She calmed me and actually asked ME about my family, about my needs, about my hopes and dreams. At the end of our long conversation she said "hey are you available tomorrow morning" I was thinking for what??? And she said I have 4 or so houses I'd love for you to see. One of those homes were EVERYTHING I've been looking for and more. So again all within a week and a half we were in escrow. The whole process was scary but Katie is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. She relieve a great deal of stress and put up with our newbie / amateur questions and concerns lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATIE AARON ‍
