If the Dr allows hes employees to talk like this he is obviously not in control. They waited over 3 years to send me a statement for $ 3.03. Again where was everybody for 3 years. If I owe the money it is not and issue the issue is if they run there office like there billing, I am concerned and you should be as well. I know I was correct in not continuing with their service. By the way I paid the $ 3.03 god knows the office needs this to continue after 3 years! So I had to go all the way out there to go over blood work for five minutes. Then, they put me on medication that I had been on before. They claimed their policy was to do a monthly ultrasound to see if it was working. My last doctor did not require an ultrasound. I explained that it cost me $200 out of pocket every month and can we just do the blood work instead. Nope! Why? Because they want more money!!!!! Ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. I posted this review on the Brandon location as well. Also, the Habana Ave location is SO ghetto. It's in a dirty old building and the staff looks like they should be part of a rap video, not a doctor's office.
