Having been referred, and Needing to drive halfway across county the following morning, I felt more comfortable after speaking to the young Russian gentleman with a bob and the business owner (both reassuring me it was a routine procedure), i consented. 90 minutes later I have a phone that stayed turned on overnight and doesnt burn my hand when touched. As for my data problem, the gentleman provided instructions for how to move the data without losing it. After speaking to an Apple tech, who advised I get a new phone because my version 11 phone has only half the capacity of the newer phones out there because "the upgrades require more just to run the phone" and since I can't afford one at the moment, this is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill ! The team was able to pull nearly everything back to the new drive.
