Torklift Central

Unrivaled Legendary Service! 5 Stars is Not Enough! We have been using Torklift Central for a few…read moreyears for our trailer, and their service and customer care have always been incredible. But what they did for me recently went so far above and beyond, it felt like old-school 1950s legendary integrity--the kind of human decency you just don't see with companies anymore. While working a temporary job out of state, I had to run back to Washington with my trailer. During the trip, I missed a wide turn and completely bent my trailer axle. It was 4:05 PM on a Friday, and I was scheduled to haul it back out of state the very next morning. Frantic, I called Torklift, and they told me to come right in. Getting caught up in rush-hour traffic, I called back to tell them I'd be four minutes late--which was after closing time. Instead of locking up, they told me they would wait. Nobody does that anymore. When I arrived, DJ and Keegan moved mountains to help me. Initially, they were completely booked out for a week. I was beside myself with stress because I absolutely had to be back at my new job Monday morning. DJ and Keegan were incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding. They managed to squeeze me into the schedule for first thing Monday morning.I arrived Monday at opening and waited. We were all at the mercy of the parts delivery team, which didn't drop off the components until mid-day. The absolute second those parts arrived, Foreman Brandon and his mechanic Chris raced to work, thrashing to fix my trailer as fast as humanly possible. Senior Foreman "Eagle-eye" Johnny masterfully coordinated every single step of the workflow, flawlessly running the shop and managing multiple other clients at the same time. The entire team rallied together, going completely out of their way to get me back on the road. Because of their absolute tenacity, I was able to roll out of there a few minutes before closing that same day.I could never truly repay this team for their immense kindness. They didn't just operate as a business; they showed up as a team of genuinely good human beings trying to help out another person in a bind. They treated me like royalty. Torklift Central has a customer for life, and if you want top-notch work paired with unmatched integrity, this is the only place to go!

My husband is so happy with the Service that was provided! The Customer Service was Above and Beyond Awesome. They were able to answer all questions asked without hesitation. We were able to leave the Bracket there to be cut and we were told it would take about 30 minutes so we were able to go to another store and pick a few things up. I highly recommend Torklift Central!! Also easy access to turn in off of Central Avenue in Kent to their Business and great parking. The store is cleanand they even have a Raffle going on to win really cool items. We will definitely return to Torklift Central!! Look them up torkliftcentral.com

I decided I would trust his judgment, and I am glad he did. The first trip on my new overload springs: My 2016 TC11 camper does not sway anymore on turns (at all). I should have done this when I bought the camper new about eight years ago! There is no porpoising after a bump. Any road bump is almost immediate and then it is gone, no shimmy. Seriously, no tip on turns. I've never, ever had such an easy drive with this camper. Changing lanes: better Stopping: better Very windy roads: WAY better Roads (up/down + sharp turns) WAY better Braking while turning: WAY better Driving without the camper: smooth roads are no different. Bumpy roads so far seems a bit more jarring. I'm happy to give up the softer ride for better camper driving. Overall: absolutely worth it for drivability, safety, and overall experience. The original 2002 F350 spring pack was 5 lower, 1 upper. The new pack is 5 lowers and 5 uppers. There is a 1-1/2" gap from the bed spring contact points to the uppers. Under normal road driving conditions, you don't typically engage the uppers. The original upper was rated for 500lbs per side. The new uppers are rated at 3,000lbs per side. The truck angle rides about as high in back as if my airbags are at 50+psi and fully extended, but they are no longer used. The old lowers obviously had taken a set at a lower stance. Overall experience: I like this shop. They did well.

Squatch RV Service & Parts

Squatch RV Service & Parts

My family and I were first-time renters with Squatch RV. We rented an RV for one week so that we…read morecould visit family as well as a couple of national parks. The first issue that threw me a bit was the fact that they weren't open on the weekends. Don't most people start their vacations on the weekend? Ultimately, this ended up being okay because they had the RV ready fairly early on Monday morning. We picked it up and were on our way. Things seemed fine until we were a day or two into our trip. We all woke with these welts on our bodies. It would be natural to think that these were from mosquitoes, but they didn't look like mosquito bites. They were little red welts with an open area in the middle. We were perplexed at first but after doing a little research, we were left to conclude that they were bedbug bites. These were likely in all of the upholstery in the RV. Strike number two came when we were on our way home. On a busy section of I90 headed westbound, right before Snoqualmie pass, one of our tires blew out. It was on a weekend. When we called to request service from Squatch, there was no answer. I now see another reviewer who had the same problem. Cars and RVs don't just need fixing on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so it was frustrating not to be able to get help. We ended up getting in touch with a tire tech in Cle Elum and he drove out to our milepost and changed the tire. While he was helping us, he mentioned that nearly ALL of the tires on the RV were in need of changing. The word he used was "bald" and indicated that the RV was not safe to drive. I will acknowledge that we should have looked more closely at the RV at time of rental, but I will also be the first to admit that I would not know what to look for in a tire. Maybe my husband would, but ultimately, isn't this the responsibility of Squatch? That they could send a family of four out in an RV that was potentially very unsafe to drive upset me greatly. I could get over the bedbug issue because from what I've heard, bedbugs can't hurt you (only cause oozing welts) but we could have had a serious mishap on the road because of the old tires. Upon our return, I contacted Squatch to share my frustration, but it's been a week, and I have not had any response. Sydne, the woman in the front office is very responsive, but I think her hands are tied as she is unable to do anything to improve our experience without some action from her management.

The service was awful, spent the entire trip trying to trouble shoot, lost our food twice as the fridge didn't work properly, rode 8 hours each way with no a/c two toddlers, two teenagers and my husband and myself. They wouldn't give us paperwork when we left, and I've waited a month to hear back and Sydne emails me to say there is no issue with the RV, that the condition is good just a little work but clean(will post picture of just the flooor and it's filth - which until you pulled the pop-out out you couldn't see the degree of filth), and here is nothing they can do. It was a nightmare trip and the owner was supposed to call us back and every time you try to call them he's "/"away for work and his cell isn't working right now" promise to call you back...it's fraud and I promise you - look at the other reviews (wish I did) DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. We have a following into the BBB and have met with a lawyer. Hoping for other families to not have to deal with this same nightmare.
