Jean is the first therapist I've worked with that I feel like I've actually made progress on…read morethings, as opposed to just talking about them. Jean is also a great listener and offers a refreshingly holistic balance of psychotherapy and practical advice from her own experience. I've gotten actionable insights and takeaways from working with her so it's almost like having a coach and a therapist at once (bonus.) I've also had realizations about where counter-productive patterns are coming from which has been helpful in noticing when they come up and choosing a better way to react to something that might have triggered a negative feeling in the past.
