I have enrolled all of my babies and my youngest will be graduating this year. My kids have always considered it like a second home, and love their teachers and learning new things daily. Staff are passionate about ensuring the safety and well being of students, and always do their best to communicate with parents and keep us in the loop. I do not understand the negative reviews, as long as my kids have gone here their experience has always been positive. My one complaint would be that I wish they would bring back off-site field trips, my youngest really misses them! All in all they have very accommodating payment arrangements, and the quality of care is like nowhere else! My family loves being a part of the catalyst family!

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the safety, well-being, and management practices…read moreat Catalyst Kids. One of the teachers was engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a parent of a student in her group. Despite this situation becoming widely known among staff, students, and parents, management took no meaningful action and chose to sweep the issue under the rug. Consequently, the situation escalated multiple times, resulting in explosive scenes of screaming and yelling at the school, all of which occurred in front of the children. This failure to act responsibly created a chaotic and unsafe environment for both students and staff. An additional concern is that the children in the teacher's group were explicitly instructed not to discuss the teacher's inappropriate communications with parents. When these concerns were brought to the attention of management, their response was shockingly dismissive, insisting that they needed proof before taking any steps to address the situation. This response raises serious concerns about the overall safety protocols in place at Catalyst Kids and calls into question how seriously they handle the well-being of children under their care. Furthermore, during this time, my child was injured, and we were not informed by the staff--an alarming lapse in communication that only heightens concerns about the level of attention and care provided to the children. To make matters worse, I personally witnessed the teacher interacting with the parent in question in a manner that appeared highly inappropriate. I reported my concerns to management, and shortly thereafter, the teacher's behavior toward me completely changed. She would no longer speak to me, refused to make eye contact, and began sending my son out of the classroom before I could even enter to pick him up. This behavior was deeply unnerving and left me extremely concerned for my child's safety. In addition to these critical safety issues, Catalyst Kids consistently fails to provide an enriching or engaging environment for the children. Many staff members appear disinterested, frequently seen on their phones rather than actively supervising or interacting with the children. There are no meaningful activities or educational opportunities, leaving the children in an unstimulating and unmotivated environment. Despite raising these concerns with management on multiple occasions, the only responses we received were inadequate apologies and excuses, often citing chronic understaffing. It has become painfully clear that Catalyst Kids prioritizes its bottom line over the safety, well-being, and development of the children entrusted to their care. I strongly urge parents to be fully aware of these serious issues before considering Catalyst Kids as a place for their children. Catalyst kids has had my review removed twice. I will remain vigilant in reposting it.

The worst customer service ever especially the lady who is in charge of this site. Rude supervisor…read moreand staff who are not very knowledgeable. Do not waste your money enrolling your child into this facility. It's overcrowded and children are stuffed into a two room bungalow like sardines. The only reason why people are desperate to enroll their children into this facility is the convenience of it being on campus right next to Zehnder Ranch elementary. Don't expect any staff members to get back to you if you have any questions. If only I could give this place a 0 star because it truly deserves it.
