Smith builders came out and took a look and led us to believe that they would be able and willing to get it done for us, even if we had to wait a few weeks. When we didn't hear back after a few weeks we checked back in. We called regularly, five or six times, only continuing to call because they kept telling us "oh yeah, we will give you a call back." ..."We will have Chris give you a call back..." It would have been kinder and professional to tell us up front that they were booked, instead of dishonestly stringing us along. as an owner of three homes i have dealt with many contractors. i have to say that ready to rock…read moredrywall has been the best experience i have ever had with a contractor. i contracted them to finish a room above a recently installed garage. the people that did the work, mike.ron, and tim were always on time did exceptional work were courteous and always cleaned up after the days work. bronson the owner was very responsive any time i had a question and communication was great. being up here at sugarloaf all contractors tack on a 15 to 20% fee to the total cost of your project for the pleasure of doing business with you. ready to rock dry wall was extremely reasonable with their fees and there was no contractor fee tacked on to the job. any extras were very reasonably priced with no nickel or diming and he even took care of some things without charging me. no down payment was required and i paid as the job progressed . needless to say the quality of work was a ten and the value was a ten. i highly recommend ready to rock drywall in harmony maine to anyone looking for quality work at avery reasonable and not inflated price.thanks again to bronsonand his staff of mike, ron, and tim for making this a very pleasant experience.
