When she did my step-mother's belly button even though she had made an appointment the woman was continually making excuses when we called her for being two hours late. Sure, maybe she's good at what she does, but if she's never in the shop why bother? My dad's tattoo was about 2 and a 1/2 hours long, the tattooist called her before they started at 2:30. She said she was on her way, when he had finished the tattoo at 5:00 she was still nowhere to be seen. Despite having told the tattooist two other times she was almost there. Absolutely useless for piercings but the tattoos are nice. Today I went back to the natural canvas, to correct a piercing issue caused by another shop. The tattooist was cool with switching my ring, and only charged 30 for the ring and insertion. Instead of the 50 the other place wanted. My dad's tattoo is looking sorry for someone with supposed 23 years of experience. Once again, sadly the owner, (and only piercer they have) was not present. UPDATE: As my dad's tattoo healed, we realized that the guy had actually left HUGE long gashes in his arm in some places, and my dad said the tattoo wasn't what he had hoped it would be. It'll probably need to be covered up and re-done someday.
