I was looking for something to eat on a late Sunday night that wouldn't force me to get dressed up or go out, and ended up deciding to try out this new food truck that appeared in the neighborhood. Parked in the lot next to the Shell gas station, it's a newer well made food truck, with a good amount of tables outside to eat in. The menu is currently in progress so there wasn't much of an option, but the available food was amazing. First off, the fried rice isn't just any fried rice. They add a twist of ginger to the rice that makes such a difference. Makes the rice taste so much more flavorful and complimented the sweet pork inside. Next, the Lo Mien was a nice tasty noodle mixed with chicken also mixed with ginger that adds such great flavor. The protein was a passion fruit chicken, a twist on orange chicken that I have to admit the sauce is amazing. Chicken was tender and not dry after being fried, and just the right amount of sauce. They also offered some made from scratch wontons, deep fried and they were amazing. The oil and light breading made them very tasty. They didn't have any drinks available, and take only cash, but it's a food truck. The menu seems that it will change frequently, but this experience makes me want to go back and try what's next. read more
