I had some issues with a defective device and not only did they help me but made it easier for me to deal with intoxalock ( who are complicated to communicate with ) ... They always got me right in for calibrations & removed the device when time came and no signs it was ever in there. Daughter had device installed in her car. The next day alert on the device saying it needs reset…read more You only get 5 days to do it. Goes back to Eric, they reset it. The next day happens again, again 5 days to fix it. Go back again.........next day the same problem. Not only was the device a problem, they don't open when they say they are, sit in the heat for an hour for someone to show up. Judge approves removal of the device, tried to make an appt to do just that, no one will help. Then Eric says well we hope you can get it removed soon as they are closing for a week???? What a poorly run business. If I could give a ZERO star I would.
