The next day happens again, again 5 days to fix it. Go back again.........next day the same problem. Not only was the device a problem, they don't open when they say they are, sit in the heat for an hour for someone to show up. Judge approves removal of the device, tried to make an appt to do just that, no one will help. Then Eric says well we hope you can get it removed soon as they are closing for a week???? What a poorly run business. If I could give a ZERO star I would.

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns.
