Even the fact that I rarely even go to a doctor didn't matter she put wrong information on my report, knowing that I am in daily pain but didn't note it, charged me €250 for a few words & refused to change it when I queried the misinformation. Long waits too although booked in; it's not unusual to be waiting an hour.

It's a real shame that they have to work under such awful conditions but they do it cheerfully and without complaint. The care you receive here is second to none and it's a crime that the HSE aren't giving it the funding it needs and deserves. My son received the top class care here that the so-called centre of excellence at CUH couldn't provide.
