But the rating is most representative of how I've felt lately. I got my energy back, I can make it through stressful 8-10 hour workdays without feeling sluggish, or crashing, and I can run, workout, and be energetic again! All of this is not because of a super-pill, treatment, or test...it's because Dr. Ruby took the time to help reinforce a few things about my body, my diet, and my life that seem to govern my thyroid, my adrenals, and my essential functions...without too much detail, I'll say he's the best overall doctor I've ever seen. Recently I've visited GI docs, family practice docs, and docs on both ends from throat to the...errrr....you get the picture. I suffered for months on end with low energy, mood swings, some weight gain, muscle pain, terrible constipation, upset GI tract, sleep issues, all the while everything I ate made me feel sick (and I eat pretty damned healthy, workout 2-3x a week, play hockey, and "try" to get regular sleep). I don't drink (much), smoke at all, nor do any kind of drugs (and somehow I'm still a super fun person)....but all these symptoms were killing me. We were able to get an appointment with her within a week and during our apt my husband and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was knowledgeable, funny and easy to talk to you.
