My Mrs bought me a deep tissue massage as part of my 25th birthday with Marion who is also a Medical Herbalist. It was really needed after a week of excesses and was a great experience. While this place is called The Little Escape, it feels a bit more of a home away from home with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They have such a wide offering of alternative treatments and holistic remedies you would be hard pressed to find something you didn't want to try. You can book online whenever you want, which is a big plus when you decide at 11:30pm that you really want a massage the next day. I've found them to be very accommodating to walk-ins too. Welcomed in and went through the necessary paper work connected with this kind of service. Its a light bright physio space, Jane was very knowledgeable and identified my issue very quickly. She put me through some paces to check the issue thoroughly. Then onto some treatment to alleviate my issue. After some work to loosen up the areas concerned and some demonstrations of some stretches to use all was done. I have to say I do not give 5 star reviews but to contact someone on a Saturday morning get seen and be put on the path to being fixed I could ask for no more. I will certainly be back.

I was sceptical about it as I normally believe in the traditional methods although I thought I would give it a go and see what results I get. After the treatment I felt relaxed and I could realise how much less tension I have in my back muscles. I walked with ease and my posture has changed.
