It eventually (about every two years) needs to be sorted! Thanks to Centerline Physical Therapy (or IPT) for a few great things. Your facility: it's clean, spacious and great parking outside. You also open at 8am so it's great to get in before the traffic mayhem. Your team: after initially being reviewed by Craig Cohen who reaffirmed the issue, Manuel Lacayo took over in a weekly session covering a wholistic approach from my neck, shoulders, front and back upper torso, moving down the entire back. Manuel listens, and talks you through what he is doing. He is also game for your own music selection during the therapy session. The result: I am three weeks in, and 95% whole, so I can move from weekly to every few weeks! Pain is gone, and I have my homework to keep things in check. I really recommend this facility and team for those of us stuck in from of laptops and PC's all day, and get tense pain in the neck and shoulders. Nice work team!

After going under heart surgery to receive 5 bypasses, he was put in a rehabilitation center to help him get moving again. Afterwards, he would physical therapy done to him at home and then told to go outside the house to continue receiving the care. My dad first was placed at Cora Rehabilitation in Miami Lakes but absolutely hated it because he was put on machines only and left with no guidance or help to keep him going. He was basically off to fend for himself. I found Physical Therapy Now through a Google search and saw that people loved it here so I decided to call them up and make an appt for him there. Let me just say Wow! My dad was able to get the one-on-one care he needed and was improving. The therapists are very nice people and would even keep me company while I would wait for them to finish with him. I really appreciate how the center does not get packed with people because it really is a one on one interaction with you therapist and they definitely make the patient feel comfortable. Unfortunately, after switching my dads insurance, he is not able to come here anymore because his physician is not partnered with Physical Therapy Now and cannot be sent over here. We are trying to see what we can do to come back here because my dad will literally not go anywhere else for therapy except here. In the meantime, I recommend anyone who needs therapy for themselves or know someone else who needs it, this is definitely the place to go!

From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The therapists are knowledgeable and truly take the time to explain things not just to patients but also to students like me. You can tell they care about getting people better, not just going through the motions. Management runs the clinic really well. Everything is organized, and the environment feels positive and efficient. There's a strong sense of teamwork between everyone, which makes the whole place feel like a family. They handle scheduling and patient flow smoothly, and you always see someone checking in to make sure everything's running right. The patients also bring a great energy to the clinic. Many of them come in with tough injuries, but they stay motivated and seem to really trust the staff. Watching them make progress over time has been one of the most inspiring parts of being here.

During my evaluation I told them I injured myself bike riding after surgery and the first thing they did was stick me on an exercise bike, which I got off of. Despite my better judgement I went back for another session. There was one therapist for six patients. The exercises they gave me caused a great deal of pain. I left and never went back. They never even called to ask me why.

I suffered from an L5/S1 disc herniation and dealt with debilitating pain and sciatica- to the point where I could barely walk without extreme pain. I wasn't able to workout at all prior to working with Stefan because of how bad the pain was. Now, I am back to fully working out and feel significantly stronger and healthier than I have ever been. Prior to working with Stefan, I worked with 6 physical therapists who mostly did general pain management but never actually helped me with my recovery. He not only helped me with pain management and my recovery, but he also helped me figure out the root cause of my injury. In my opinion, the best PTs are not the ones that you constantly have to rely on but the ones that teach you about different movements and help you learn more about your body, so that you can be continue to put in the work on your own. When I first came in to Movement Lab a few months ago, I was really struggling with my injury and would have never imagined I could come this far in so little time. If you are dealing with an injury- whether big or small, I couldn't recommend Stefan enough.
