Finding a doctor who is both skilled and compassionate can be incredibly difficult, but I struck gold with Dr. Joseph! From the moment I met him, I knew I was in good hands. He has a wonderful bedside manner - kind, fun, and genuinely caring. He took the time to thoroughly explain my ankle stabilization and toe surgery, answering all my questions patiently and honestly. But what truly sets him apart is his dedication to going above and beyond for his patients. He truly has your back! For example, knowing I was recovering at home and couldn't celebrate my birthday, he actually ordered a special dinner for my husband and me! It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. When the surgery center closest to me, Advanced Surgical Center of Beverly Hills (which is the absolute worst surgery center in Los Angeles - avoid at all cost!) screwed up big time with my insurance and caused my mental duress and a panic attack minutes before my surgery, Dr. Joseph stood up for me without hesitation and then cancelled all of his surgeries there for a month. He puts patients over everything! Thanks to his skill and care, my recovery has been smooth and successful. I have no scar at all on my toe, and my ankle is healing nicely and will be minimal scaring - he's that good! I can't recommend Dr. Joseph highly enough. His staff is amazing too! So kind, cool, and helpful! If you're looking for a podiatrist who is not only an expert in his field but also a truly wonderful person, look no further!

Dr. Robert Joseph is a true blessing. He is personable, polite, and incredibly attentive. I saw him for a second opinion on my broken toe, which I had struggled with for months. He quickly identified the problem and even diagnosed a 20-year ankle issue and other foot concerns without me mentioning them. Dr. Joseph thoroughly explained everything and went above and beyond after my surgery, even checking on me the day before Christmas Eve while heading out of town. He provided his contact information in case I had concerns during recovery. Thanks to him, I was back on my feet in two weeks and am now hopeful to walk pain-free. I'm also grateful for his excellent staff--especially Joshua, who has been so helpful. Thank you, Dr. Joseph, for your outstanding care

Dr J is super caring, fun and supportive. He knew exactly what was going on with my ankle even before the MRI results came in. He scheduled my surgery within two weeks, which was great. And gave good advice on how to take care of my ankle in the meantime. I tore two ligaments in my left ankle after spraining it several times hiking in the span of 3 weeks. I should have stayed off of it after the first sprain. Lesson learned! Just two weeks after surgery, I was able to put my full weight on my ankle/foot and walk around my home with slides. I'm healing quickly and it's all thanks to Dr. J and his team.

I came to Dr. Joseph after I was experiencing pain on my metatarsals and toes. I thought I might've had Morton's neuroma or metatarsalgia cus you know, we're all Google YouTube WebMD experts lol. Turns out the bimalleolar ankle fracture I had 14 years ago was the culprit. They repaired my bones but never repaired my ligaments. I ended up having ankle stabilization surgery with PRP and Dr. Joseph has been amazing since! He tends to speak fast from his highly energetic self and he's also a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. If you feel uneasy about anything, ask questions and he'll answer them or his staff will. I was hesitant at first because he told me everything I needed in a haste and I was a bit doubtful but having been 2 months in recovery, everything he's done has been correct and helpful. From purchasing my custom insoles on my first office visit to recommending my physical therapy sessions- I feel I'm coming back to life and I have him and his office to thank

Told the receptionist that I had an infected ingrown toenail and she quickly understood my pain and told me to be there by 3pm. Was quickly brought in and Dr. Nubar Ornekian, DPM immediately knew what to do for my specific and very severe case. He cut one-third of the affected toenail, excised the granular tissue, and debrided the wound. 10 minutes for a local anesthetic, 10 min for the procedure, 10 min to coagulate and bandage. Post-op instructions were easy enough, received a prescription for a round of antibiotics, and told to manage pain with NSAIDS. His bedside manner is great and very much has a wealth of expertise in his +30 years in the specialty. I would not hesitate to refer him to anybody else if you're lucky to snag an appointment. For context, I had been calling around for 1 hour and was lucky to have found him. When I called Urgent Care they said they do not have a specialist who would be able to help me in my situation, especially since I had already started antibiotics. When I called Huntington Hospital they said depending on the assessment of my toe I might be referred out for a outpatient surgery with a podiatrist. So happy to have found this clinic on Google Maps as most Pasadena clinics were booked out for at least 6 weeks, out on maternity/ paternity leave, etc. He is speedy, efficient, genuine, sincere, competent, and left me feeling confident in my post-op recovery. Very thankful for him and the pain relief he has provided me.

I normally call to make my appointment, but this time, I did it online and it took me to zocdoc. The weird part was the website doesn't know im already a patient. I called to ask if I needed to complete the form the website asked for, they said no, I can ignore it. Dr. Lebada is the doctor that took over Dr. Chau's patients. He is a genuine doctor. He listens to you and tries his best to provide you with as much assistance as you need. I addressed my issues and he is thorough with any pain or discomfort you may have. He will refer you to the people, place, or treatment that you are in need of. The technicians are all sweet and polite, always with a smile. As I was waiting to be seen by the doctor, water was brought to me because they offered and I accepted. I love coming here. I always feel welcomed.

I came across Dr. Mark Trezia here on YELP and could not have found a better Dr.. He was easy to talk with, he let me explain what had happened, radiates good energy and made me feel comfortable and listened to. He is not one to just suggest surgery without trying other solutions first. I truly appreciated his advice and highly recommend him for anyone needing a foot/ ankle specialist. Parking can be difficult as there is no street parking, but a structure that is shared with other medical facilities. It's busy and not easy to find parking. Arrive early! The office will validate for a few dollars, otherwise it's 8.00. The office was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully not, but should I ever need to return, I will without any hesitation. Thank you, Dr. Trezia!

The story's moral is to be vigilant, check your toes regularly, and pay attention to where you get your pedicures done. Dr. Trezia mentioned that there is a possibility my toenail could grow back (fingers crossed!). Did you know a toenail takes 12 to 18 months to regrow fully? The office was overall lovely staff. I was done in under 30 minutes. Parking costs 2.00 per hour. I will not be taking the oral medication - we are going with a topic cream and possibly laser treatments. Did you know you can get a medical pedicure? Today, I'm years old and learning about it! 2-19-25 update. Spoke to Arpi - confirm that after 4 days my prescription will be resend electronically to my pharmacy!
