Awful experience. Worse decision I ever made, hypnotherapy made me far worse. As for advice, beyond a joke. Hypnotherapy should be banned.

The studio is decorated with warm colours and fabrics to make you feel relaxed. Its not big but does have a small room to change, a toilet and small shop selling clothes, mats and relevant books. The class I go to is Hatha yoga which lasts for half and hour and is great for beginners and those with more experience of yoga and there are different levels to each exercise and Christa the teacher is friends and helpful and knows her stuff! It's not cheap (£10/15 per session, but cheaper packages are available I think if you book a group of classes in one go), but is worth it, as you feel relaxed, but also like you have done some exercise at the end-great for after work people!

On arrival you are greeted by the lovely receptionists. I have met Donna and Fiona both of which made me feel at ease straight away and also Monty is adorable! You feel relaxed very quickly. Well... after visiting now for 4 treatment sessions I have a new respect and understanding for my body and how it works. I see Jeremy who is extremely skilled at pinpointing what I would term "pain epicentres" managing to understand my rambled attempts at explaining where I feel the pain is coming from, then he is able through palpation, to find the exact trigger point. After living with knee pain since childhood, to finally understand where the pain is actually coming from ( Jeremy explained a misformation of my hip) this was clarity for the first time in my life regarding this issue, of which doctors had previously misdiagnosed. Tantamount to this I've received treatment by way of deep massage and manipulation for TMJ disorder and ongoing neck pain, as well as, calf and ankle treatment down to my toes! Ask plenty of questions when you visit you get many answers as to how your individual anatomy works and advice on the effects of stress, emotions, sleep patterns and even how the way we breathe effects our daily life! Treatment and instruction on at home daily exercises and breathing techniques has improved my overall health tremendously, I have recommended many friends and family to Solihull Osteopathic Practice of which many have booked appointments for their complaints. Iwould recommend them to anyone. I have literally been fixed head to toe!

Therefore, I would recommend either walking in at 8am and booking your appointment, or going in and asking for the online Patient Access details, and setting that up - then you can book online appointments (they have slots specifically for online). So, I was advised by my lovely Doctor that I am developing RSI and was referred for Physiotherapy…read more After being advised it was a 6 weeks waiting list, I got my appointment within 3 weeks of my appointment. Result! The strange thing was, rather than my local NHS Physio offering (City Hospital), I was sent to Aston Pride Community Health Centre. This ended up being a plus, rather than a negative it seems! The appointment time I was originally offered wasn't really suitable around work, so I gave them a bell and was handily given my choice of appointment times. All pretty convenient - additional result. The Surgery is a bit of a pain to get to for me (I don't drive), but would be about 5 minute cab ride from the City Centre or accessible by a fair few bus services (which drop off right next to the Surgery). The Centre is fairly modern looking, but could probably do with a bit of tidying up. That being said, you don't go to a Health Centre and judge their internal design. The Staff were efficient and helpful and the Physio I ended up seeing (Emrah) was patient, kind and knowledgable. If you do need to be referred here for any of their services, I hope you too will find the service as easy to use and friendly as I did!

Dr Eccleston injected 500 units of Hyaluronidase into my lips to correct filler which had gone…read morewrong. Since having the Hyaluronidase I have lost volume in my face and a lot of tissue around my eyes and my mouth. I never had hollows under my eyes, now I have very noticeable hollows and dark circles, and can now no longer where eyeliner due to my eyelids drooping. I look like I have aged years in a matter of weeks. My pores are now more pronounced, a little scar I had on my cheek is more noticeable, and my face is starting to droop. I am mortified! My family, friends and colleagues have also commented on the difference in my face, it is very noticeable. After doing some research I now know too much Hyaluronidase was used. He should of started off with a small amount, not injected 500 units. The recommended dose is 3-75 units. He told me after in my review, which I had to request, that the reason he used 100s of units over was so he didn't have to give me another appointment (this would of been at his expense), proof that he's in it solely for the money not the satisfaction of his customers. He didn't even consult with me before he decided to inject higher than the recommended dose. When I spoke to him about this he wasn't helpful at all. We both looked at the pictures from before and after and the difference was evident, I looked like I'd aged years in a matter weeks. He may as well of stood there telling me black was white. He will not except responsibility for what he has done to my face. He instead asked for me to do research and show him evidence that this could happen (when the evidence was there in front of him) and then send him the links. I have since done so, which was when he admitted to injecting 100s of units over the recommended dose. At my initial appointment he informed me that he was one of the leading specialists in correcting filler which had gone wrong, then afterwards at my review he told me that he wasn't an encyclopaedia on Hyaluronidase and for me to do my own research and forward him the links. He hadn't prepared for the review even though prior to my appointment I'd sent him before after photos of the damage caused. I'm hoping it doesn't get any worse. I cry almost every morning when I have to look in the mirror, I've lost all my confidence and now feel high anxiety at work. I can feel myself slipping into depression. I just want to add; I only had the 1ml of filler in my lips, I hadn't had anything else done on my face, therefore Hyaluronidase does dissolve natural hyaluronic acid and cause permanent damage. I wanted to give a zero star rating, even a minius. Certainly not 1 star.
I am not the type of girl to worry too much about her appearance - I'm not into reading beauty…read moremagazines and I can honestly say I'd never really thought twice about visiting a cosmetic clinic until a year or so ago. I have always found shaving a hassle. I've always found the routine tedious and always had to double check if I had a few spare razors when I went off travelling, but apart from waxing (ouch!) or depilatory creams (do they actually work for anybody?!) I didn't know there was any other way. Shaving seemed to keep the hairs at bay for a few days so I stuck with it and resigned myself to thinking; 'I guess this will have to do'. About a year ago I stumbled across an article someone had shared on Facebook about the cost of shaving - it was actually a blog written by MediZen that stated that the average woman spent around £20,000 on average shaving her legs over a time period of around 49 years - that's around 170 days shaving your legs over a lifetime - eek! I decided there and then that I would look into other options and discovered laser hair removal. I was cautious at first, hence why it took me about a year from reading the article to actually coming to MediZen for treatment, and making the decision to physically come into a cosmetic clinic and get treatment was a bit scary so I did my homework thoroughly. MediZen have a great guide to laser hair removal which I downloaded for free and they have practical tips about what a person should look for when thinking about investing in the treatment. I researched costs and the practicalities of what was involved, I watched videos explaining the treatment and also read through independent reviews of both the clinic and the treatment. I learned that MediZen are considered the premier laser hair removal clinic in the Midlands and their clients, awards and money invested into staff training and their equipment was unmatched. I was impressed with what I had learnt and the fact that they also had an easy payment method for laser hair removal packages made me pick up the phone. After I had decided it was the right treatment for me and that I would give it a go I have never looked back, from the first phone call to book in for my patch test and consultation the girls took fantastic care of me. Lucy, my practitioner fully explained the treatment and what was going to happen and really put me at ease as she explained how she herself had also had treatment. The treatment itself was absolutely painfree and I couldn't help wondering why I had been so nervous beforehand! The feeling of the laser on your skin is something like a deep tissue massage, it was a warm sensation and quite pleasant. As soon as Lucy had finished the treatment I jumped up to try and see the difference it had made - Lucy then explained what would happen next and that the effect would be seen after about 2 weeks. After about a week and a half I did my usual shaving routine (diligently once every 2-3 days) and noticed the hair was slower to grow back, in fact I couldn't see signs of regrowth for about 6-7 days. I was over the moon at that point and as I have progressed through my package the results have only continued to improve. I honestly can't recommend the treatment and MediZen enough!!
