I've been having treatment for a few years now and have had several people do my Botox - I can honestly say that Helen Bowes is the best botox nurse I've had so far - her consultations are free with every treatment and she actually listened to what I had to say, didn't rush me or make me feel pressured to have treatment. She is really friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable enough to have my treatment. SHe offered me a free check up 2 weeks later so that he could check I was happy with my results. I didn't actually need it as everything was great but it was good to know that it was there if I needed. Apparently, any adjustments are charged at £5 per unit estimate approx 20 to 25£ if it was needed Her prices are pretty much what I've paid before which is reasonable, especially as allergan offered her job to train other Dr and nurses and dentist to administer the Botox and dermal fillers but she loves the job so much she declined. I've also had pdo thread lift and the neck lift and several obagi skin peels I look really Great and natural. The most important thing is to find someone that makes you feel comfortable. Book some appointments and meet the nurse yourself but I'd start with Helen Bowes.

NONE of the staff came to see if I was OK, and apparently I was left lying on the reception floor for several minutes UNATTENDED. I'm sorry, but at what point is it a sackable offence to OPENLY show contempt for patients in front of other patients? Eventually when I regained consciousness, I managed to take a seat, and was treated AS USUAL with care consideration and understanding by one of the doctors! Would they have ignored me if a woman had a panic attack? Sorry but in MY view, this is GROSS MISCONDUCT. I've seen some callous medical receptionists before, but this one was OPENLY HOSTILE. Hardly the face of the caring NHS!

Dr Jennings and Dr Paul are lovely and the receptionists are really rather nice as Doctors receptionists go! Its hard to get an appointment in advance but they save extras each day, so if you call before 9am you can usually get in that day. They also offer telephone consultation which is helpful if you are really ill or cant drive. Its got a decent car park so its easy to access. 10 / 10!

I like to shop around for things like this and I'm probably a nightmare of a patient as I want to know everything and question anything if I'm not sure or happy. I always feel listened to and involved in any treatment I've had. When the GP's look information up, they show me what they've found and I feel confident that they're giving the best advice they can. As a mum I have been vey happy with the help I've received from them. We've turned up quite a few times with various worries and hey have always made us feel at our ease and never made us feel silly for bringing our children along. They are also brilliant at phoning you back. Sometimes I don't want an appointment but am just looking for advice and if you phone and ask for a GP to contact you, they will. They spend time with you on the phone and are very thorough. From talking to other parents, I think we have a very good surgery and I would recommend.

Dementia is a terrible condition; it eats away at the victim and is irreversible, chronic and debilitating. The condition also affects the family of the sufferers; it is like a long goodbye as the facets of the sufferers personality depletes by the day. The staff at The Highbury nursing home take very good care of my Gran; they treat her with respect and dignity and try to help her remember her life from back when she was a young adult. My Gran is 93 and the nurses are amazed at her resistance to frailty and disease. We all know that she isn't going to get better. She has had a good innings and The Highbury Nursing home is probably where she will spend her last days. I personally couldn't think of a better place for her to be. The Highbury Nursing home offers her all the help she needs and she is happy to stay there.
