I saw the specialist in San Antonio who did a really great job, Yes, I was sedated! Returned to Brush Country for the cap. The whole time I was in the chair, everyone made sure I was comfortable. It was such a good experience that I decided to go back (just once more). I have been getting regular dental care there for just over a year now. My teeth are in good shape and staying that way. WM keeps us ( my wife and I ) up to date with our meds , wellness appointments regularly Dr Lane our primary physician , sees us quarterly or more if our health requires more visits. Dr Snyder has also seen me two visits one of which was a lung/diaphragm situation and referred me to a pulmonologist in San Antonio who addressed my paralyzed diaphragm. The office staff are effective and friendly every time we go in. The waiting area and examination rooms are clean and sanitized, even in corners of the floor.

We were told the office staff called the designated office twice in one day but FAILED to follow up in subsequent days. Additionally, we were never notified that they failed to obtain the proper medical clearance for treatment. We found out AFTER we called the day before the procedure to ask a question. The failure of the office staff to perform their duties resulted in cancellation of my husband's procedure. My husband is experiencing dental pain and the failure of the office staff to fulfill their duties and obligations have resulted in extended pain and discomfort for my husband. We have since obtained an appointment with an alternative dental facility; however the lack of medical professionalism from Riverwalk Dental has resulted in unnecessary delay in my husbands treatment.

On a good note, there was a staff member by the name of Aiden, she was very impressed with him and his bed side manners. So, thanks to him. Next day shift was lovely when it came to Ida and Aissa, they were very kind and attentive as well as the nutritionist that came in. But physical therapist was not very attentive as she needed. The Doc had came in and gave his best advice and it was pretty much disrespected by her husband for whatever reason may be... Hospital stay was not such a great experience for patient unfortunately. I feel like my teeth are clean and shiny after every visit. It's conveniently located right at 410 and Blanco with lots of parking. They have a great view from the fifth floor of the office building with a picturesque view of Castle Hills and 410. The waiting room is filled with interesting and local magazines. Yay! As far as dentists go around town, this guy is tops!
