Was told immediately they don't take HMO I tried to convey that the company will authorize but the gal refused to listen and stuck me on hold then someone else came on before I could even say anything and said we don't take your HMO I said you people won't even let me speak and tell you that Delta Dental gave me your number to call and you aren't listening to what I am trying to say and she called me rude and refused to let me get one complete sentence out and hung up on me telling me they didn't have to take my attitude! C'est la vie. I made an appointment for Agave Dental who was happy to get new business and Delta Dental authorized them to take us as we again, are too far from any HMO dentist. AND they are only 12 miles from me instead of 37 like this one. You think you know everything and don't even listen to what your potential long term customer is telling you and outright dismiss them as idiots when you are the fool - thought dentists wanted customers. You need to just listen to what your customer's needs are and what they are stating - you don't know it all and you lost $$. I wrote this on Google review too because these 2 "ladies" were condescending, rude, and ill informed and were so sure of themselves that this is not the kind of people I will hand money over to - there are plenty of businesses that want our insurance and/or hard earned money because you obviously don't.

I saw the specialist in San Antonio who did a really great job, Yes, I was sedated! Returned to Brush Country for the cap. The whole time I was in the chair, everyone made sure I was comfortable. It was such a good experience that I decided to go back (just once more). I have been getting regular dental care there for just over a year now. My teeth are in good shape and staying that way.
