Great care and the care quality is excellent and the office personnel who check you in are very polite and prompt to get you in. I give them 5 stars ! My husband had an abdominal hernia repair there and he received excellent care in very way. He also had his gallbladder surgery there as well and again he received excellent care in every way. Note: Patient in her 80's, needing professional medical care. Admitted, never had an IV in her that worked for her needs. Note Patient was very disturbed by how she was treated by her 1st evening stay by a red headed gal named Nicole on the late night of the 1/23 thru the am morning of the 24th. Patient claimed she was very ugly towards her, very impatient with her. Not good for a lil lady that needed Patience by her care team. On a good note, there was a staff member by the name of Aiden, she was very impressed with him and his bed side manners. So, thanks to him. Next day shift was lovely when it came to Ida and Aissa, they were very kind and attentive as well as the nutritionist that came in. But physical therapist was not very attentive as she needed. The Doc had came in and gave his best advice and it was pretty much disrespected by her husband for whatever reason may be... Hospital stay was not such a great experience for patient unfortunately. It is sad esp. when elderly people are maybe hard to deal with perhaps, but Patience is very Important and Appreciated. So when not it needs to be reported. So this review is to share my mom's experience. Thanks to all those that did good and shame on those that needs to work on their patience and how they care for others. read more

We have been to this hospital for eye surgeries, and a variety of test that were ordered at different times by different doctors. There check in process is simply outstanding. It used to be long and aggravating. Now it is a breeze to be checked in. I have always found the employees to be extremely helpful and friendly. Fortunately neither one of us has had an emergency where we have had to stay the night or for an extended time, but since the Methodist took over from STR--I forgot the complete name of the old hospital, things are running so smoothly and everything seems to be GREAT. I have eaten in their cafeteria numerous times, and for the most part the food is really pretty good. So far, and we have lived in this area 42 years, I find the Methodist has really upgraded the hospital and the staff are outstanding. I am sure there are differences of opinions, and I do feel sorry for the ones who experience this, but we have NO complaints with this hospital or it staff at all.. read more

I took my little girl to ER due to high fever, had to ask for Covid test. Cannot access their patient portal because she is a minor. Called ER twice to see if they could give me results. First call I was put on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. Second call male worker answered told us he had 6 other calls told us to call back and hung up. I have been on hold with their patient portal for over 45 minutes now. Their customer service is very bad, I don't recommend. read more

We have been here 5 days! The staff is amazing...friendly and professional. Dr. Kumar is a wonderful surgeon. I highly recommend him!!!! Not only is he really good but he is a very compassionate man. I have eaten in the cafeteria several times and the food is pretty darn good! What a vast improvement over the old STRMC. Would not hesitate to come here again. read more
