My husband was scheduled for an extensive procedure which required medical clearance. The office…read morestaff failed to obtain the medical clearance. We were told the office staff called the designated office twice in one day but FAILED to follow up in subsequent days. Additionally, we were never notified that they failed to obtain the proper medical clearance for treatment. We found out AFTER we called the day before the procedure to ask a question. The failure of the office staff to perform their duties resulted in cancellation of my husband's procedure. My husband is experiencing dental pain and the failure of the office staff to fulfill their duties and obligations have resulted in extended pain and discomfort for my husband. We have since obtained an appointment with an alternative dental facility; however the lack of medical professionalism from Riverwalk Dental has resulted in unnecessary delay in my husbands treatment.

Well this time was an infection, tooth was really bad. I was going to have it pulled. Went to Brush Country Dental and they recommended that I have it rebuilt. I was very skeptical. I saw the specialist in San Antonio who did a really great job, Yes, I was sedated! Returned to Brush Country for the cap. The whole time I was in the chair, everyone made sure I was comfortable. It was such a good experience that I decided to go back (just once more). I have been getting regular dental care there for just over a year now. My teeth are in good shape and staying that way. No more emergency trips. Did I mention that I love Brush Country Dental?

I got my teeth cleaned and even though I had no cavities and my insurance covered the cost I still got the whitening kit. It could take 5-14 days for them to be ready. Service is slow. I was here 5 min early for my appt, called back (after new patient paperwork) about 20 min later. X-rays, dr. exam, impressions for teeth whitening tray and teeth cleaning took an hr 45 min!!! I sat for what felt like 30 min between the impressions and teeth cleaning because the dr was with another patient. On the plus side, the dr did the cleaning rather than a hygienist. But if the hygienist doing it meant getting out of there in an hr I would have been ok with that. My recommendation to the good dr: get another hygienist!

Note Patient was very disturbed by how she was treated by her 1st evening stay by a red headed gal named Nicole on the late night of the 1/23 thru the am morning of the 24th. Patient claimed she was very ugly towards her, very impatient with her. Not good for a lil lady that needed Patience by her care team. On a good note, there was a staff member by the name of Aiden, she was very impressed with him and his bed side manners. So, thanks to him. Next day shift was lovely when it came to Ida and Aissa, they were very kind and attentive as well as the nutritionist that came in. But physical therapist was not very attentive as she needed. The Doc had came in and gave his best advice and it was pretty much disrespected by her husband for whatever reason may be... Hospital stay was not such a great experience for patient unfortunately. It is sad esp. when elderly people are maybe hard to deal with perhaps, but Patience is very Important and Appreciated. So when not it needs to be reported. So this review is to share my mom's experience. Thanks to all those that did good and shame on those that needs to work on their patience and how they care for others.
