As a new patient for Pleasanton Smile's, I was concerned about going to a new dentist. But from the time I arrived, the front desk ladies indeed greeted me with a smile. I had a scheduled appointment for some dental work to be done, but the morning of my appointment, I started experiencing excruciating pain in the upper left side of my mouth. The pain was so intense that it hurt just to touch the tooth. My pain level was through the roof. X-rays were taken, and I needed a root canal. They were quick to make me an appointment and were friendly I did not have to wait a long time in the waiting area and as soon as I got back the visit was thorough the doctor as well as the assistant were nice and explained everything to me and what further appointments would most likely entail. Had a great experience. Walked in on Friday saw me right away explained everything that he was going to do to fix my tooth. Had me come back that next Monday and fixed the problem. Staff are very friendly place is clean they get you in and out of the chair but do a great job. read more
