I requested a reasonable administrative accommodation to ensure I was not scheduled on the same day as another client with whom I share severe, documented trauma triggers and a history of bullying. Despite knowing my diagnosis of Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), she refused to accommodate this request or ensure our appointments wouldn't overlap on the same days. Ensuring a client feels physically and emotionally safe should be a primary ethical responsibility of any Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Refusing a basic scheduling precaution to protect a client dealing with severe trauma fell far short of that standard. I cannot recommend her services to anyone seeking a truly trauma-informed provider.

Unlike their predecessor's who become reckless on occasions due to burnout the residents are fresh and are current with newer technologies. I appreciate that freshness and grit. I did have a bad experience with one residency provider Dr. Ryan Moosavi. He was a 'know it all' resident who insisted that an x-ray was able to determine soft tissue damage which it did not. It was this refusal for an MRI that left my family suffering due to medical negligence. I did notify my insurance of the medical malpractice. However this facility is great and the staff I feel like really care. We've got the whole family here being seen and I would recommend to others needing a primary care physician.

I drove over 30 miles the day after a holiday to pick up my sleep medication, only to find the pharmacy closed and locked. I still value this pharmacy highly and appreciate all they do, but I hope they can communicate holiday closures more clearly in the future so customers don't make long trips only to find the doors shut.
