The staff is knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. I have nothing but praise for the medical care itself. However, trying to get a taxi out of this building is an absolute nightmare and deeply unorganized. While there is a direct phone line to request a cab, the system is entirely broken. All you get from the dispatchers is a vague acknowledgment that a car is on the way. You are left to wait and wait. Worse yet, even when you are finally assigned a specific cab number, there is zero order outside; other people will routinely jump ahead and take your designated taxi, forcing you to start the entire process over again. This chaotic, confusing setup is incredibly difficult and stressful for people who are ill, exhausted, or unfamiliar with the area. The medical staff deserves five stars, but Rush urgently needs to organize its passenger pickup system to protect its patients.

I have a have a history of this condition going back multiple years. I shared all of my medical history x-rays mri and notes from the mri and my previous pain doctor. After wasting my time for a week they wanted to con me out of my money and my insurance by forcing a consultation visit when there was 0 need of it. Instead of having a shot done today because I am in pain I have to waste time finding a different doctor. This will be reported to my insurance company. Despicable and inhuman is all I can say about Premier Pain and Spine!
