The receptionists are far from professional and never have the slightest clue as to what's going on. Mangers are never available to talk to. Max is the only person you can file a complaint with and she doesn't do anything either. Max gave me the contact info to the admin that oversees this facility and the admin doesn't give a sh** either. It's really piss poor that people with medical are better off at the hospital because you will not receive the help you need or deserve here. I can not say enough bad things about this place. The therapist Gene tried to shove religion down my throat. The manager mark is a condescending know it all that doesn't take the time to listen. Dr Huang the psychiatrist will not listen or see you for more than 10mins because he has so many patients he doesn't have time for a single one. Case managers have no purpose and get paid for absolutely nothing because 99% of the time they don't even call back when they say they will. This office also has a high rate of employee turnover because no one wants to work at the bottom of the barrel.
