My cleaning went so well I think I might have fallen asleep a couple times. The real star of my show is Dr. Krasne though. He made me feel so comfortable & confident in his work that I've decided to get some things done that I've put off for some time. I also was impressed with the pricing...very reasonable.

They do charge a premium, but it was convenient and the staff and Dr. Jennifer Marks were very nice and I felt I got good care. I had an experience with Dr. Jason where I felt his work was not up to the standards of the care I had always received. (Crowne color and shape were not at all a match. She had done the exact same tooth on the other side a couple years prior and there was no problem at all ). I do not feel he handled it in a professional or kind way. He was demeaning and arrogant. He knew I was not happy when I left and even though he kept saying he wanted to keep me as a patient, it was always followed with a "but...". the office made no attempts to follow up or to reach out. I had no intentions of actually writing a negative review, but it seems they took me off the schedule for my next prescheduled cleaning, as I called to cancel it and they said they didn't have me on the schedule. That was aggressively rude. I never had any problems with her and her work was impeccable. But I'm not giving my money to this business.

At that time I was fighting cancer and unfortunately the refund check got into the wrong file at home and never got cashed. Now the cancer has returned and while going through the files we found that check. I called them to see if the check was still valid and was told that it is not. I requested a new check. I know that it was not their fault that the check was not cashed. I was told that they had formed a new corporation and that they could not possibly issue a refund now. He is down to earth and he communicates on your level, not like he's reading out of an advanced microbiology textbook. He has seen to it that I'm referred to appropriate specialists when needed and he has went above and beyond the call of being a provider. He will call or email to check on you and either he or his assistant will return phone calls very quickly to answer any question you may have, no matter how simple or dumb it may be. And they never make you feel simple, dumb or that you're wasting their time. I cannot sing this man's praises enough. He's the standard by which I judge all providers now.
