I have never encountered such poor patient service at a doctor's office throughout my entire lifetime. After waiting for over an hour in the patient waiting room where the front reception desk is located, I was finally summoned and designated to an examination room in which I waited for NEARLY TWO ADDITIONAL HOURS for doctor Yeggi to show up. While I was inquiring about my medical condition, the doctor abruptly walked out of the examination room right in the middle of our conversation without notifying me and before I could even complete my sentence. Upon concluding my visit on my way out, one of the medical assistants told me rudely "Hurry up, I need to go to lunch now". Her remark shocked me. They exhibited excessively rushed and stressed behavior, which made me feel terribly frustrated, anxious, and demoralized. To have the sheer audacity to make me wait almost three hours during my scheduled appointment and then being hurriedly ushered out of the building was dreadful and appalling.

Made an appointment and was seen within a week. Office hiding behind the building on caring way, but inside was tastefully decorated. Nurse brought me back to examining room, said the doctor would be in soon. Noticed his plaques from area teams he is involved with, and a chief of surgery plaque from Fawcett memorial hospital. Both good signs. Dr Tracy examined and diagnosed my foot pain in under ten minutes. Took X-rays himself then administered a cortisone shot. Said to call him when I needed him. Very personable and knowledgeable of my foot issue. Five stars for speed of service and for being a friendly doc! Would definitely recommend him!!

Front-of-the house- Appointments are easy and they always do a reminder call. Making changes is also simple. The waiting room is super clean and comfortable. AC is more than adequate which is critical in sunny Florida. He is usually on time with only occasional significant wait times. The employees are friendly and efficient. Treatments- Dr. Ebanks is both a doctor and a surgeon so he knows his feet! I really appreciate his bedside manner and he's excellent in dealing with elderly folks like my mother. When we leave here, she always has a smile on her face! It's worth noting that they also take walk-ins especially if it's an emergency. This is a solid Highlands County choice!

I've been to a number of doctors in my day including several different podiatrist. I never quite felt that the the podiatrist office's were professional and the doctors knowledgeable. I moved here about five years ago and found doctors in the area for my various issues. By the way, my Wife is an RN who has 30 years working on and eventually running an Orthopedic floor in a hospital up north. Nothing gets by her! I'm so lucky to have found Dr. Humple at the Foot and Ankle Center of Charlotte County. She has worked tirelessly on my foot issue for the last year and literally has saved my leg. Had I gone to most any other podiatrist I feel they would have amputated, but Dr. Humple has worked hard to save it. We are on top of the issue now and it looks like I'll have no issue keeping my leg. That's a huge success in my book! As per Dr. Humple, she is a very knowledgeable and extremely professional Doctor who is a spark plug of enthusiasm and has a great personality. Anyone that I've spoken to actually enjoys going to see Dr. Humple. Also very important is her ability to communicate with your other Doctors. How many times have you had an issue that could have been taken care of if two of your Doctors would just pick up the phone and talk? Dr Humple has no issue with making a phone call to your other specialist or primary Dr! I find it refreshing and I'm most appreciative for her willingness to go the extra mile. I don't feel that the rating complaining about parking and coffee is a legitimate concern or reasons for a lower rating. I've been going to Dr. Hubble for a year and I've never found that there wasn't a parking spot in the parking lot in Punta Gorda. They also maintain another office in Port Charlotte at the corner of Kings highway and 41. In fact, if you're having trouble walking, I would consider going to the Port Charlotte office as it's easier to get into the office from the parking lot. But again, I've never had a parking issue at the Punta Gorda office. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Pamela Humple for any of your podiatry needs. I appreciated these qualities when I called inquiring about getting a second opinion for a situation I had been seen for in Michigan before coming to Florida. I regret that I do not have the name of the wonderful woman who took my info, spoke to one of the doctors, then called me back with a helpful plan. Dr. Onica provided me with answers that had eluded me for a long time. If you are looking for competent care, I can say that is what I received! Grateful.
