I called a different chiropractor in Sebring and asked them to check with our insurance and call us back about the copay before we made an appointment. They said the copay is $30 for the first visit and every visit. My husband went to Dr. Serralta yesterday and they scammed him by charging him a $70.00 copay. Dr. Serralta's staff is dishonest with their billing. We would never go there again.

After going there for nearly a year I stopped because three times in a row there was over a 30 minute wait. Often over 45. Upon my third time of having to walk away I ended my membership. At that point they told me I could call ahead. I don't see how that could help. After being away for six months my memory failed and I went back. My second visit I show up with two other people in the lobby and I was told a 30 minute wait as one chiropractor was about to take their lunch break. I spent $75 for one adjustment and doubt I'll be back. Perhaps they need an online check in option like Great Clips salon. It's a similar service. Fast and friendly but not a high end service. If I could check on online and see the wait time that would save me a 30 minute drive to walk away not serviced. You get what you pay for. If you want to make an appointment and always be seen this isn't the place for you. If you live or work around the corner maybe it would work but for me it's too far away.
