They have really antiquated covid information posted in the waiting room from over 2 years ago, all of which were telling you cherry picked information that was actually not true for the situation and was the opposite of CDC recommendations. One was about exercising with a mask I guess as an excuse for why they're not masked the other was about latex gloves which I guess is why they didn't wear latex gloves even though every medical professional knows about universal standard precautions. I'm just glad I didn't have to take another shower after the message. The staff was polite and professional. They weren't aware of the water temperature issue until I told them and apologized.
