I am in total agreement with many other patients of Dr. Jeff Warden…read more I went in to get a wisdom tooth extracted and have been in pain ever since. I was treated as if I was a drug addict receiving no pain medicine or antibiotics after surgery. I returned two weeks later suffering from severe migraines and pain in my jaw. I have a huge knot on my jaw that is still there to this day. he gave me the 3 minute drill and flushed it out and said there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way again with no antibiotic. still in pain 2 more weeks later I went back again for the same problem that was not getting better, something was wrong. and again he looked at it and said nothings wrong it just takes time to heal. I then proceeded to go to the ER a week later because the pain in my jaw and head was so intense I couldn't stand it anymore. The Dr. at the ER did a CT scan and said I have a bone infection and it was a good thing I came to the ER because this can turn into a bad situation fast. he immediately got me on a high dose of antibiotics and referred me to another Oral Surgeon for follow up. I went and saw the Surgeon who advised me to go back to Dr. Warden because in his opinion it needed to be re-opened and cleaned out. I reluctantly went back once again, was given an x-ray and same story, he said he didn't see any infection as if I'm making this pain up. I have lost so much time, sleep and money because I paid for this procedure cash, from this botched procedure and lack of care. I am still in pain, on antibiotics and nothing for my pain. I am at a loss for words now and don't know what the future surgeries are going to be to correct his negligence. I would advise everyone to stay away from Dr. Warden. I think he truly does not care about his patients well being or care at all. He is egotistical and judgmental. Stay Away!!

Jeff Warden should not be allowed to practice dentistry. Worst experience I've ever had and it's…read morestill not over. On 11/07 I had two wisdom teeth removed and two molars pulled. I've had infection and pain since. I have big knots on both sides of my bottom jaw that have been there since day one. I fully understand that complications can happen but I went back to the office twice and both times felt unheard and dismissed by Jeff Warden. Both times I had pus draining from one of the sites but he still insisted nothing was wrong. Two weeks later I saw my regular dentist who gave my first two rounds of antibiotics after pus erupted from both sites while he was doing other work. I've had three ER visits and am now seeing a different oral surgeon. Adding insult to injury, I was scheduled for spinal fusion on 11/26 but had to get my dental work done first. We had to reschedule my fusion due to infection and it still may not happen if this issue isn't resolved. My out of pocket is met for the year. If this goes into next year it will end up costing me a lot of money. Jeff Warden was aware of all of this up front. He still dismissed me and neglected my aftercare. Today, while on my 5th round of antibiotics, I had to have a debridement (another surgery) to clean out the infection that Jeff Warden insisted was not there. That's another surgery, more pain, more time off work. So far the neglect of my aftercare has caused: * 33 days of pain, swelling and infection * Loss of sleep on many nights due to pain * All except around a week of eating nothing but puréed food * Loss of companionship and intimacy in my marriage * Several days of missed work and therefore income due to either pain, feeling poorly from infection or time taken off trying to get help from medical professionals * Digestive problems caused from the pain medicine, the antibiotics and the modified diet * Money spent on dental co pays and transportation cost while attempting to get help from medical professionals * Loss of work and therefore income for my husband while trying to help me get help from medical professionals * Feeling tired and run down. Keeping a constant headache ( something that I almost never get) and being in constant pain is exhausting I pray that todays surgery is the final step needed to put me on the path to recovery. I was waiting for resolution before reviewing but I feel a duty to get the word out and hopefully save someone else this agony. I implore you not to go here. At least not to Jeff Warden. I glanced over reviews before going and the practice was highly rated. I read through a few and they looked good. Upon further reading I've found several reviews where people have had the same or similar issues and they are all on Jeff Warden. I believe if I were the owner of this practice I would reconsider who I am allowing to operate under my business name. It's just a matter of time...

DO NOT GO HERE. I…read morehad been established at this dentist for a few years and other than extremely long wait times I had no complaints. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were just fine. Then, at 6 month cleaning I get told I have stage 3b periodontal disease and I will need dentures in the next year if I don't buy this $1200 deep cleaning. The image on the wall of a person with this stage of gum disease has missing teeth, visible decay etc. This is shocking and embarrassing news considering I am 29 with all of my teeth, no cavities, and no bleeding gums. I told them wow this is shocking considering I floss daily, brush 2x daily with an electric toothbrush, water pick, mouthwash, tongue scrape, etc. The hygienist laughed and said "wow you do more than I do". So I asked for further recommendation because the $1200 cleaning every THREE MONTHS for the rest of my life wasn't going to work out for me for obvious reasons. She said I was pretty much screwed and that was the only option. I continued to ask questions about how this could have happened and what I could do at home to help and they just told me sometimes people just get gum disease. They even made me pay for "genetic testing" that they never once followed up with me for until I called the office but I HAD to have it done? Lo and behold I do the cleaning (fear mongering me into getting it done) and it takes about 20 minutes (they said up to an hour for bad cases which is apparently me considering I was told I needed dentures immediately). I go to follow up and they say I need another one??? Absolutely not, my gums dont even bleed. The nail in the coffin for me was when I went for the very last time for a routine cleaning as I declined the buy ups they wanted to add after the fear mongering. I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes. 50 past my appointment time! Mind you when I left they closed 5 minutes later? So was I just going to be asked to leave anyways because they were closed and hadn't even started? During that time no one else was in the waiting room and no one else came and went so they couldn't have been that busy. No one once checked on me and apologized or updated me on the delay. I finally went up to the front desk and told them I would be leaving considering I had been sitting here almost an hour and they just stared at me blankly. They never called to reschedule my appointment or apologize. It's like I was never there and it never even happened. What a waste of my time. I have waited 6 months to write this review because I waited and bought different dental insurance and just established at another place. Here they were so kind, went through every single xray, picture, and exam of my teeth in detail and answered all of my questions. Shocking because here they say I have no evidence of gum disease AT ALL! And I would only require basic cleanings every 6 months and my "teeth would be in it for the long haul and I should not need dentures" He said my teeth and gums look really good! I became tearful at this new dentist because of how stressed I was by what the other place told me and they were appalled that I ever even got the deep $1200 cleaning because he saw no evidence of why I would need it let alone I was told I had advanced perio disease. In the end, this place has horrible time management and will continuously try and uncharge you for something every time and scare you into thinking if you don't pay them immediately there will be severe life altering consequences. Go ahead and google the umbrella company, Smile Generation, and you will understand why this place has such bad reviews.
