The assistant who helped me at the front desk was also kind and considerate! Booking an appointment was easy. Once I arrived, there was little to no wait time. The waiting room and exam room were both clean, quiet, and comfortable. The elevator can take some time because this is a high-rise building. As a result, I just took the stairs when leaving the office since she is only on the 3rd floor. Parking was at first intimidating; however, I learned that off-side parking on 82nd Ave (one block away) is on Thursday and on Friday mornings, I believe (double check when you arrive, just to be sure). Metered parking starts at 9am. So, if you book your appointment in the morning on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and you arrive between 8:20am - 8:45am, you are likely to find parking there. Because the doctor is efficient, and there was no wait time, I was in and out without paying more than a dollar for parking! This may not be the case for you depending upon your needs and the actual time of your appointment, but I hope this info is helpful. The office is right off of Queens Blvd, so the train station and bus stop are also right nearby! I even had a prescription filled .... the front desk staff called it in within minutes, and my prescription was ready by the time I reached the pharmacy. The bone had broke in multiple places and needed fusion surgery to avoid arthritis. He does his surgeries @ Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn as well as one of their surgical centers nearby. His office staff is on the ball and excellent with great follow up. The equipment they use is top notch and X-rays are clear... She's very accommodating g with her time . I called her during a holiday and she picked up the phone and I was able to let her know about my problem and was able to make an appointment that Sunday . She did an X-ray right in her office and followed up with me on what can be done . What I like about her service is she's very knowledgeable and very efficient .
