Appointments are super easy to schedule. There are a lot of availability options, which makes it simple to work around my job. I also appreciate that I've never waited more than a few minutes. I got custom insoles through the office. They take about three weeks to come in, and then you go back about a month later so they can check how everything is feeling and make adjustments if needed. It feels thorough and well thought out. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful too. They explain things clearly and make the whole process smooth. I read reviews about this doctor/practice and decided to try so made an appointment. The doctor was very informative and took X-rays of feet which showed right away that orthotics are needed. Staff is great as well calling immediately after making appointment to let me know of a deductible. The office is spacious - it can use a remodel or touch up but that definitely WILL NOT deter me from coming back - I will continue my care with Dr. Zane!
