Specifically a small scar on my R lung; as well as emphysema and fibrosis in both lungs. I saw her on two different occasions and had my attending pulmonary doctor provide all of my imaging along with my medical records. The first time I saw her, I explained that this scarring was noted in my previous history and I was wanting to follow up with a new CT scan to compare with a previous CT of the scar to identify changes that may have occurred per my wonderful doctor in SD who had me promise to follow up on. As I was explaining this she is looking at her computer and commented to me, "Okay, just a minute, Dude". It was surely obvious I WAS NOT a DUDE! I replied "Excuse me, I am not a Dude" But she simply blew me and the rude and most unprofessional comment and behavior off saying " Oh, I'm used to talking to my kids". No apology; nothing. I had the CT scan in March and returned in April to follow up she said well everything looks fine here. She did not show me scan or any other reports. Afterward, I called to make an appointment requesting to see the image of the last scan in March. Her nurse called me back and said that the doctor thought she had spent enough time with me and I should go to another pulmonologist. She has zero compassion OR concern for her patient's needs.
