The worst part is after being referred by the Oral Surgeon and they told me he would not charge me due to the fact the tooth had to be pulled just a few weeks later . Dr. Copeland a credit agency that not only placed it for collection but loves to be confrontational and with attitude that is less than desirable. I attempted to pay a fair portion of this bill but until the credit agency gets reality that extraction weeks later is not good work then I will do as many social media posts and updates and tell all my family and friends about this experience, in hope they choose another business. Fact 1.Root Canal complete and had to get pulled in weeks . Fact 2. would not give any consideration for the services that did not work. So many choices for dental and you can be treated well and watch out !

Upon arriving, they greeted me and told me they had my pre-registry paperwork which I completed online. Everyone was very professional, kind, and considerate. The only downside: I wish they would take monthly payments like my previous dentist, but they only take Care Credit. Interest free for the first year, making a $6000 bill "a lifetime payment to Care Credit." Very nice building and professional office/practice facilities. Plenty of parking. Just remember, any large procedure, they want the cash up front. No installment payments.

The staff is very friendly, not judgy or guilt tripping in the least. They have been nothing but kind and accommodating. They have been flexible with payment plans and have done their best to work with me. All in all, Fulmer has helped me get over my fear of the dentist and I'm super happy to finally have my teeth under control!
