I don't know how I can ever thank Tina enough for how positively she has impacted my life. I have…read moreknown and worked with Tina for the past 21 years, so it will be difficult to keep this review short, believe me, but I will try my best! I first engaged Tina as my physical strength and weight trainer. Her exercise training sessions are amazing in many respects. First, she has kept me in very good shape through her expertise, encouragement, and unending enthusiasm. As a musician I am very protective of my hands and wrists. Tina is always sensitive to this and modifies any exercise that might unduly stress them. This next thing will be hard to believe, but we have never exactly repeated a single exercise session in 21 years! I kid you not. Her imagination and vast knowledge allows her to come up with seemingly endless variations of exercises. Working out with Tina is never boring or rote! At the beginning of our sessions I was suffering from sinus problems and weight gain. Through a series of food eliminations we discovered that I was highly sensitive to dairy products. By suggesting alternative nondairy foods rich in calcium, I was able for the first time in my life to experience the joys of having clear sinuses. As a bonus I almost immediately started to drop weight. For 20 years I have maintained a healthy weight for my height and body type. Tina is also an expert chef and, as with her exercise instruction, has an endless supply of delicious and healthy recipes to share. The basic diet she created for me years ago is still the template I use for cooking to this day. Having turned 60 years old a little while back, I tested as having a rather high glucose level. I was so surprised, but found out that many people my age do. It's very common. Gone unchecked, however, it can lead to more serious consequences like diabetes. Tina assured me that with a few modifications to my diet I could easily reverse the diagnosis. Within 3 months, by limiting refined sugar and many simple carbohydrates, my glucose level returned to a normal rate. No medications required! I LOVE food. I LOVE to cook and to eat. (See my Yelp profile.) Thanks to Tina, at age 63, I am in excellent health, maintaining my weight, and enjoying healthy foods. Tina taught me how to love healthy food and create gourmet meals that I not only enjoy myself, but have no hesitation whatsoever to serve my guests to their total satisfaction and delight. Tina is a rare find in life. She is intelligent, kind, talented, and compassionate. I could not recommend her services more highly!

I never understood what it was--I just tried to learn how to live with it. Nevertheless, I met Tina and she introduced me to something called an "Elimination Diet" where for three weeks you cut out some major ingredients (wheat, corn, soy, pork, beef, refined sugars, etc) and later on reintroduce them separately to see whether or not a specific one induces a reaction. By now you're probably thinking, "But I need my cake," or "Who the hell would agree to that?" But as Tina once told me, "Eating is one of life's greatest pleasures. It should not be painful or frightening. So let's clean out that gut!" By the end of my journey, I can truly say that meeting up with this well-seasoned RD is one of the greatest investments you could ever make--just ask my gut. All jokes aside, Tina sincerely cares about the health of her "patients" (for lack of a better word) and she delivers messages that truly resonate with you. There is no amount of thanks I could ever give to demonstrate my gratitude. But for the sake of this review: THANK YOU, TINA. YOU HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE!

I'm being treated for osteoarthritis in my ankle and foot, and I'm currently undergoing focused shockwave therapy -- four sessions in total. They do not look at their patient's charts. They will test you and use you as a guinea pig. It's play time for them. I was nearly healed thanks to my amazing chiropractor, who always had to undo the damage these so-called "doctors" would do by telling a person with a disc herniation from a car accident their kooky version of what physical therapy is -- like: walking across the gym floor holding a 20 pound dumbell in one hand and a 5 pound dumbell in another, while walking on my heels!! NOTE, I am petite, only a size 4 and not even 120 pounds! Plus, I had an injury! I was in so much pain, their Director of Operations (DoO), said I'd do better in their West Caldwell facility. (I later realized DoO was not concerned about me, but rather pushing the new West Caldwell facility! I was such a fool for listening to this snake oil salesman!) Anyway husband took a day off work to meet with him. And my husband said, "Just because my wife is in great shape, it doesn't mean she's not in pain." He looked my husband right in the eye and promised my husband that I'd be in good hands in West Caldwell. WRONG! I actually was okay until the PT I was working with went on vacation. Before this, I was 5-days straight absolutely pain free! THEN they paired me with a so-called "doctor" who thought it was okay to bend over and do repetitive squats with my butt sticking out holding a 10 pound weight. And I told her, "MY CHIROPRACTOR SAID NO SQUATS!" She did not listen and insisted it was okay. Her sassy remark was, "You carry groceries, don't you?" So rude and foolish! Uh, ma'am, no, my husband carries my groceries. And when I do carry groceries, I don't do squats with them. DUH! Anyway, after this so called "doctor" (who I looked up and is just a mere prenatal Pilates instructor, not at all a doctor) had me in such horrible pain!! I couldn't sleep that night and was crying in my husband's arms for hours. During the night I sent several emails to express my concern to the director of operations who promised me I'd be in good hands. ALSO NOTE, he said that this "doctor" reviewed my case. She reviewed NOTHING! She blindly made me do squats holding a 10 pound weight when I told her NO. THEN she asks me where the disc herniation was. I said, "Didn't you look at my chart?" She admitted she did not look at my chart. Caught in a lie. The DoO assured me that she read my chart. The owner Jack, sends me an email saying that I was the problem and that I'm stressing out their people. LMAO! Oh, dear, I am so sorry that I expressed I was in pain because your people don't know how to listen or how to read people's charts. THEN my husband called to speak with them directly. And in a cowardly manner, NO ONE got on the phone to speak with my husband. Is this how you treat your patients? Unacceptable. YOU ARE A FAILURE! Go on Google and you will see that other people dislike this place too and give bad reviews. It's one month since that pilates instructor got her paws on me and I'm still not feeling as good as I was beforehand. DO NOT GO HERE! These people are inexperienced and not passionate about their work at all. In fact the "doctor" said the reason she was in physical therapy was because she didn't want to go to medical school. She was also telling me about her divorce, which was unprofessional. I'm a patient -- I do not care about your life, honestly. I tell everyone how bad this place is. Other doctors shake their heads when I explain what happened here. One month later I'm still shaking my head. It's truly baffling. I have many friends in Livingston, West Caldwell, and Little Falls and told them to spread the word, not to go to this facility. It's an epic FAIL!
