This last review is shocking since there is no evidence of anything that this man speaks about. I have always receive the best respect and kindness from the staff and doctors. They are NOT abused or manipulated. In fact there have never been a dentist ever fired from this office. The only dentist that left this office was Dr Wan who left a couple of years ago to move to the states to marry her man in Florida. She was a great dentist too. I had chipped my front…read moretooth, a veneer that had been put in in Europe 10 years ago, and Dr. Lawson and his team took on the challenge of trying to match one tooth with a discontinued line. After several tries, and a few months later, they were able to successfully make a close enough match that the colours appear the same on a selfie. I make teaching videos for my English students so having the same colour front teeth is very important to me. Dr. Lawson also offers a payment plan, which was very helpful for me since my insurance company would only cover 50%. I highly recommend Dr. Lawson.

She was iffy because she wasn't put to sleep, but trusted their word. They only cut open her gums, before she couldn't bare it and backed out. As we told the dentist, he got frustrated and had bad attitude because she "Didn't know the difference between pain and pressure." They had told us my sister she would not have remembered anything from the sedatives the next day, and she remembered everything. The dentist stitched her up, but left the stitches with an extra 3 inches at least so it was hanging in her mouth. The whole time we heard screaming children, thinking they had a fear. We brushed it off when in reality they could be in serious pain. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.

I'm a patient here. I've had 3 emergency extractions cancelled on me now. They are a sedation…read moreoffice, yet aren't prepared with the sedation when the appointment comes up. You're also not informed of this until about an hour before your appointment. I went in and requested antibiotics and pain meds. What was prescribed didn't help. Went back in being told the extractions could get done earlier than my scheduled appt., nope represcribed the same medication. No other office offers same day er service so I'm stuck here. Hopefully they'll get it right the 4th times. (Also note, you'll pay fully for your service and still end up with monies owing)
