(A whopping 12 min...lol... I used to wait 35 to 45 with an appointment with my doc in fl) When I got in to see Dr. Martin, he was very professional. I had scripts that my Dr. in Fl couldn't fill due to state requirements (do the math on that one) and I was made to feel very easy. I am beyond impressed with Dr. Martin and the entire office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone especially those looking for a family doctor. Very Clean, professional and just a good overall experience.

4/1/23 Update Requested prescription refill via portal on…read moreThursday. They sent over the wrong prescription. Sent message via portal asking for correct one to be sent. No response. On Friday I sent a follow up message in the am. No response. I called around 3 and was told by doctors Assistant that the covering physician would send over later that night. It is now Saturday, no prescription as been sent. Guess I'll call again on Monday. 8/14/22 Update They do not answer messages on the portal. They do have a new answering system that forwards call to their doctors assistant to leave a message but still no call backs. I do not understand why communication is so difficult for this company. I would love to change my primary provider; however, initial visit wait times are close to a year for other faculties. Guess I am stuck for now. While my doctor is amazing, the office staff is outrageously rude and abhorrent. When calling for any reason expect to be on hold for 20-50 minutes. When they finally get around to answering your call they will then immediately hang up on you. When you call back, should you be so lucky to get someone on the phone, if you complain about the hold/hang up, they will rudely explain it is their automated system, not the office. They have had this "automated system" for about 4 years now. I have been complaining about it for four years. No wonder they have such low rantings. They must not care about their outdated, useless technology, or are hiring shit staff. It should not take less time to drive to my doctor's office, visit the staff, drive home, then it does call waiting

You then leave a voicemail to have someone call you back. They may or may not ca you back that day. Then, they'll tell you to use the online portal to schedule appointments and message your doctor, of which neither functionality is available. The only appointments you can make online are for the urgent care center, which isn't helpful. Then, your primary doctor will be unavailable and you'll have to follow up with one of their physician assistants. I like my doctor, but their patient satisfaction needs some work here. Not a good place if you need long term follow up from a primary care provider.

So I needed a new doctor and not many places are accepting new people. Luckily I was able to get into here. On a whim i went here. I was accepted as a patient by Laura Runyan, PA-C. She is literally so sweet. Yet professional all at once. She had such a busy tight schedule and still made me feel important. She treated me for what I thought was a sinus infection. Apparently two really good nose sprays work that she prescribed. She also did my physical and prescribed me my medication. Smooth visit and to be honest I really don't mind coming back as long as it's with her :) Everyone there has great individual personalities. From the lady who checks you in with the glasses to the ladies who check you out. Thank you again!

She greets me like I'm an old friend she hasn't seen and remembers everyone in my life and always asks about them. I never feel rushed with her, she always wants to hear, even if I'm complaining, explaining, or simply conversing about non- medical issues. And she remembers the conversations the next time I come and asks about them. I have never had a doctor like this before. I imagine this is how doctors used to be in the olden days. Granted, her old office with Dr. Deluca was cramped and scheduling was pretty terrible and I'm not sure why that was. Going to that office always had me disgruntled, but in the end, I couldn't give up on my doctor. I'm glad I didn't. She moved to a new location with her brother (also a doctor) and I have not witnessed any scheduling issues since. My advice Dr. Van? Don't change. You're perfect!

Dr. Behtash was recommended to me by my doctor at Memorial Hospital, Dr. Susanna Magee - who was my doctor for both of my pregnancies. I enjoyed Dr Magee's style, ease of emailing communication, and asked for her to recommend a local provider to be my regular physician. Dr. Behtash runs a micro office, which allows her to spend a ton more time with her patience -- you set up your appointments, and even email her through an app or online. This helps because she is the one who writes back to you - not a nurse! My first visit with her was about an hour. She took the time to truly understand me and my history, and has been incredibly kind at subsequent visits. She is young, knowledgable, warm, and welcoming - and I 100% recommend her to others! My husband just made the switch, and he said the quality of care was unlike anything he had ever experienced. And the best part - barely any waiting for my appointment!

He was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out quickly, felt all of my concerns were addressed and never felt rushed. It is always wonderful to have your own PCP when you have an issue but I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Asiedu if you're dr isn't available in this practice.
