It takes 2 seconds to put a piece of tape with the new price over the old price on the wall. Trying to hide an increase in price like that (for that long) is unacceptable. Do not appreciate doing business with someone who is purposely deceiving patrons like that. Then I got hit with a 69 cent credit card fee which is 8%. An 8% fee is excessive and profit skimming. I worked & managed in the food industry for years. Most places charge a 3-4% transaction fee which covers the merchant processing fee. I understand that I'm only one guest, but multiple this by a 100 guests and they are deceptively profiting. Makes me wonder what other poor business practices are occurring behind the scenes.

I started working with Eleana with the goal of losing weight and becoming healthier as I go through fertility treatments. From the beginning, Eleana was very honest and straightforward with me, the meal plan that she gave me was easy to follow and provided a lot of options. I actually eat so much more now than I did before and the weight has slowly and steadily been coming off. I don't even feel like I am on a diet, I have lost over 15 lbs and feel so much stronger in my workouts and overall feel so much healthier. I would definitely recommend Eleana!

I was initially hesitant to meet with Shana because I had a fear of change. I was excited to see…read morewhat she had to offer, but I was also afraid of change and not being in control of my food. I remember warning her during my first appointment that I was stubborn just so that she wouldn't expect much of me. Even though I needed to improve my eating habits, I didn't want Shana to come in and create a storm in my life. I did not want anyone dictating what I could and could not do; what I could or could not eat. After my initial consultation, I felt like I was still on two feet. I felt even more grounded than before. She gave me the information and tools to reach my goals, but I still always feel I have control over my choices. Rather than create the havoc I feared before meeting with her, she made it all simpler. She is positive and encouraging and that gives me confidence and allows me to make better choices for myself in reaching my goals. She got me in control of my decisions and I am now proud of the choices I make. I like that Shana doesn't just deal with food; she helped me improve my fitness and workouts, too. We go over what I could have done better and how I will succeed in the future. I love that Shana doesn't judge. I feel completely comfortable explaining what I have done, how I feel and what I plan to do. She's easy to talk to and very encouraging. She helps plan out my food and fitness goals. And she's really sincere about it all. She goes out of her way to accommodate your schedule, answer questions after-hours and motivate between sessions. I think I most enjoyed learning about myself during this process. I know now what I have to eat during one day, what makes a healthy meal and what foods to avoid that make me feel physically ill and also emotionally guilty. I now expect more from myself, and that makes me feel like a better, grown person. I like that when I'm feeling off track, meeting with Shana immediately inspires me to stay focused. She shows me what needs to happen to reach my goals. I also enjoy her social media profile. She motivates me during the week even when I'm busy with work and personal stresses. Seeing her other clients' responses shows me there are many others like me going through similar issues. I would definitely recommend Shana to anyone looking to improve their personal health. I give Shana credit for my nutritional improvements, my increased fitness expectations and my overall happiness. I may make my own choices, but she's a huge influence. She's changed my life and how I see myself and my potential, definitely for the better. Thank you, Shana!
